Built in the 18th century, probably in the year 1758, the temple was built by a resident (Pinheiro Fontoura asked permission to build a church dedicated to Jesus) in the place where previously, there was a niche dedicated to Bom Jesus do Bonfim. It was rebuilt in 1801 and 1919. It features a number of sacred images and the main altar inside. It is one of the churches in Brazil that has an image of Bom Jesus do Bonfim.
Visitation: Monday, from 3 pm to 6 pm; Tuesday, from 6 am to 9 am and from 3 pm to 6 pm; and Sunday, from 7 am to 11 am.
