She was very kind and graceful as I navigated the app and many schedules of the household over the phone. She thoroughly explained the current promo they have going on right now and ultimately got us all signed up for what we needed. We had our free trial class with Chris last week and I was so pleased with how friendly, soft-spoken, and patient he was with my son. My son didn't even want to go into the water for the first 10 min of the 30 min class, and Chris just continued to ask if he was ready, all the while still holding lesson and staying attentive to the other child who was in the same class. Eventually, my kiddo felt confident enough to join in and by the end of the session he was having an absolute blast. We are looking forward to continuing our swim journey here with this crew!

The 30 minute class is really only 25 minutes at most and in a 4:1 lesson that's just over 6 minutes of personal attention per kid. Honestly $30-$40 for 6 minutes is just too expensive. We are sad to stop lessons as we finally saw a great improvement in the past 3 weeks of the three months we did, but we hope to take what he learned and practice with him over summer.
