I visited about 5PM on a Tuesday in mid-January and the store was empty of patrons so I had no trouble getting a seat. The greeter also served as my waitress and was friendly and made sure my drink was refilled. The other employee, a young male, was expressionless and served my meal in sullen silence. For my entree I ordered the chicken fried steak. I wanted to try the NY Strawberry Pancakes, but they were out. I also added a side of link sausage. It's been a while since I've ordered their chicken fried steak, but the portion and quality have definitely dropped. It's still adequate and edible, but the gravy had the texture as if made from a mix. And the coating on the chicken wasn't the wonderful crust of before. The service at the establishment was subpar. The waitress was completely preoccupied with other tasks, neglecting her duties at the table. She appeared to have taken two smoke breaks before even attempting to retrieve our food from the kitchen. Upon receiving the food, it was cold and the order was completely incorrect. The chicken fajita wrap was half-wrapped and shoved into the other half, appearing stale and having been sitting on a hot burner. The sirloin tips breakfast was supposed to be medium-rare, but they were scorched and fried hard. The eggs were brought over easy, while my child's waffles and bacon were burnt and hard. Despite the poor service, the manager compensated us with a whole meal and brought us new food. However, the eggs were still incorrect, and the sirloin was still tough. The manager had to leave to make my fried egg, which is unacceptable behavior. Immediate action is required to address this situation and her staff. read more

I ordered the spicy poblano omelette and it was so small. It was like a quick omelette you make at home where it's just folded once and pretty thin, not a big roll like their omelettes usually are and are supposed to be. I ordered takeout and strongly recommend checking your food before you go home. I truly don't see this service getting any better as it has just continued to decline in recent years and it's not the first time I've received an undersized omelette from this location, this is just the smallest I've received. The best was the service our waiter Clifford offered us. He was nice, he has a great attitude and sense of humor. He was efficient and solved issues promptly and proactively. My son's food took longer than expected and he did not charge us for the food. We were a party of 8 and he interacted very well with everyone. The food is just like any other ihop. Never go to IHOP in the mornings. Came in and after waiting for 20 minutes, we're greater by our soon to be waiter Kiara. Me and my girlfriend ordered basically the same meals, 2 breakfast samplers. The only thing I ask was to add strawberries and bananas on my pancakes. Well after wait another 40 minutes for our food. Our food was finally brought out, but by a different waiter which was actually a good waiter. I told the waiter that brought out our food that they forgot my strawberry and bananas. So he took the pancakes back to the kitchen and told our original waiter that she needed to correct my order. She kept telling the manager that she needed the correct pancakes, and then came to me and told me if I wanted the pancakes in a to go box. I told her no I want to eat them here. And then idk what happened she came back told me that the manager took off the extra charge for the strawberry and banana and said that I wasn't getting any pancakes. Just be you took off the extra charge does not mean that the breakfast sampler doesn't come with pancakes. Quite possibly the worst customer service in America. I stood in the lobby for 10 minutes. Several employees looked at me but no one made an effort to greet and seat me. I took it upon myself to take a seat in a booth where two servers were working. Again, no one approached me to see if I wanted coffee, water, or anything else! They just looked. By no stretch of the imagination were the servers overwhelmed as there were only perhaps twelve customers for the three servers I saw. This was just plain poor customer service that the manager apparently finds acceptable. I left this place and drove two miles to Mr. Biscuit. EXCELLENT SERVICE AND CUSTOMER FRIENDLY SERVICE! I'm only this place 1 star because I can't give it zero. The reason is that my family and I went there for breakfast, barely got it. They had coffee, but no cream, they were out of sprite and Dr. Pepper, no country fried steak, and the server informed us that precook the days bacon, and was over cooked. Burnt was more like it. All the syrup pourers were clogged from dried syrup, no way to know when the last time they were washed. If you plan on going here for breakfast, go to crackle barrel instead! read more

We have tried to give this Ihop a chance more than once. The first time we came my boyfriend's chicken was still pink in the middle and waa cold. Today we sat there for 10 minutes waiting to be seated when there was only TWO tables being used. Obviously we left because that is ridiculous and while we waited the ohone rang three times and no one took the time to pick it up. This place needs new management and new staff this is ridiculous. We left without eating because the whole experience was the worst than we have ever experienced. First our server (I don't know her name) was so new and definitely wasn't trained properly. She was wearing a white shirt that was completely soiled and wrinkled. We ordered a short stack of pancakes with a double side of bacon. A strawberry banana French toast with a side of sausage. According to the menu a side of bacon or a side of sausage should come as 4 pieces. The double order only came with 2 pieces of burnt bacon and the sausage was only 2 links instead of four. The short stack came with one blueberry cooked in it and some of what could be that colored confetti stuff which we never of course asked for. It almost made it look like it was moldy because there were only 2 spots with that color stuff. When we complained about the meat sides our server (again new and improperly trained) just looked like a deer in headlights and said she didn't know anything because she was new and just stood there. No offer of let me ask and see or offer of help. All she did was go back to the kitchen and loudly yelled she needs more bacon. She then brought out two more pieces that was burnt. There was no offer of any explanation on the sausage. While we were waiting for the sausage that is when we noticed the discoloring on the pancakes and there was a hair on the syrup that was served with it. We again voiced our displeasure with the food and again our server just stood there like a deer in headlights. We then asked to speak with the manager. After about 3 mins the manager came to the table. Her shirt and apron were even more soiled than the server's which is hard to believe since she was wearing black. We complained about the portion size first and was told that there are two sides. One was a 2 piece and one was a 4 piece. No where on the menu does it mention that and it wasn't explained to us by the server when ordered. We complained about the discoloring on the pancakes and the hair on the syrup and just couldn't stomach eating anything there so we got up and left. Even the manager looked like a deer in headlights. No offer of any apologies just excuses. This is the first time at this ihop and we have frequently visited many other IHOP's in other states. We have always been pleased with the service and food but we will NEVER go to this location again and it is the only one in the area for us. read more

Stopped here early Sunday morning on our way to Florida. We had to loop around through KMart because there is a median, but this location is right off the freeway. We were greeted and sat right away, plenty of items to choose from on the menu. Our girls substituted fruit for toast with their breakfast and it was no issue. We tried the big steak omelette, the chicken fajita omelette, and two quick 2 egg breakfasts. Our food came within ten minutes, everything was great. If you're looking for a quick decent meal, this is your place. Nothing fancy, no frills, and that's okay! Brianna was very friendly and attentive. Worst dining experience ever. Walked in at 7:50p on a Saturday night walked out at 9:05p with never having a bite to eat. We were seated immediately, it wasn't busy, waited 20 mins to get waited on/get drinks then we waited an hour on food and finally gave up and went to the Burger King next door (where we saw another family that also left after lack of service). One waitress who was trying to go home stayed a bit and tried to help (Krystal? - she was great) but the other only checked a couple of tables and then would disappear.
