I don't even know where to start with this place. First off half of the time you go here they are pretty much out of everythin. They do not have cameras around any of the building. Which could help but once again they don't have them. The employees look like they hate their jobs and I have heard some complaints about the one of the boss's too. The food is not the best and I find it cold. I mean when is there ever enough employee? Never. This place use to be so good but over the years it's been getting run down. The waitresses all seemed like they had been serving for years but it was their first day here. They bustled about taking things from one location to another, but they looked absolutely lost when they paused for a moment. I got seated pretty easily but everyone else that came in had to wait in a line that kept growing (crazy since it's a large place and barely any one else was seated. The food was cold when it made it to my table. There were traces of warmth, but it had definitely been waiting for a minute. I also never got the jelly for my toast. On r way to Florida to drop this trl in Lauderdale and stopped here for breakfast.. on Xmas! Came in the back door ( yes the drivers door ) right into Dennys! Interesting. Haha. Had to walk to the front tho and had to put r name on a list. It was PACKED!! EveryOne going somewhere PLUS THE DRIVERS. It took a few for the waitress to come and get our everything order. Ashley was a fantastic waitress. My coffee never MT and iced tea full. I ordered the double berry pancake breaky today. I splurged. Whipped cream n all he he. Everything was fantastic! Bf had usual... yea the Cobb salad and a side of garlic sirloin with the good peppercorn garlic butter on it! I got a bite yum. I have to say ( and did to Ashley ) tHe cooks were awesome today. Ordered online, got there 10 minutes before it said it would be ready and I was told that they just started working on my order. I ordered the double cheeseburger with seasoned fries, instead I got a Jr cheeseburger, so I told them and they remade it. I also ordered the grand slam and added 2 extra strips of turkey bacon and I didn't receive it assuming they would get that order right since they messed up my first order. It was not busy at all and I'm not sure what the cook's deal is but that's unacceptable to blatantly ignore the ticket. read more

Quite surprised and disappointed with this mornings attempt at breakfast. My wife and I were directed to seat ourselves and someone would be with us shortly. As the room only had five other couples, I thought it would be quick. Another couple came in and were seated and given menus. I wondered when we would get menus. The waitress who instructed us to seat ourselves seated another couple and gave them menus. She then left them and I was expecting our menus. However, she came back past us to them and asked them what they wanted to drink. As she looked at us a few times, I expect she did not need our business and my wife and I left and are now enjoying a wonderful meal at iHop. Doubt I will ever try them again. read more

NEVER EATING AT DENNY'S AGAIN!! Ordered the Chicken & Broccoli Skillet, stressed NO MUSHROOMS!! But still had them, told the waitress, she took it back to kitchen. It came back in over half the time as the first and twice as hot, was still boiling on the plate for 10 mins!! Which made me a little suspicious, after stirring for a couple mins, I find smaller pieces of mushroom!! The POS cook just chopped the shit up and over heated it!! Probably spit in it too!! This Denny's is attached to the Flying J Travel Center. Service both times we've been here has been fast and courteous. Food delivery time is quick and food quality is good (meaning stuff is not spending hours in front of warming lights, etc.) I'm giving this 4 stars due to ease of getting a F-150 Supercrew towing a 30' travel trailer in and out of the parking lot, great service, and fresh food. There are many, many, MANY more worse choices to be found on this part of I-75. read more

Food portion was a little slimmer than normal at Dennys Restaurant. You see, I order the same sandwich at any Dennys I stop at across America. (Have pics to back that up) Being a truck driver traveling in different states and OCD with that sandwich I have noticed this to be true. The service was great, friendly and accomodating. So let me start by saying.....things look like they are just starting to open back up from Covid-19 and maybe they were just understaffed and overwhelmed. However......it was probably the worst takeout I've ever gotten. The poor girls were being fussed at by multiple customers all having to wait 30-45 min. So I am prepared to just deal and be nice it's not their fault...right. So finally I get to place our order, a double burger w/fries and a chicken tender sandwich w/fries. We go sit to wait. After 40 min or so I go to check since I haven't seen anyone come out with to go orders and we are the only ones left waiting. Just to be clear someone walked to the waiting area with EVERYONE'S order and hand delivered. There is a bag on the counter and I think.....I hope that's not our order sitting getting cold. It was......our fries were cold, the bottom bun of the burger was completely soggy, the tenders were dry and barely room temp. After waiting that long for our food it should have at least been announced it was ready if it couldn't be brought to us. At this point things have slowed down so there is no excuse for our food just sitting there getting cold. Very disappointed with the whole experience. Let me also mention that we are Truck Drivers and this is at a Flying J truck stop so it didn't take 2-3 additional minutes to walk to the truck to eat. Stopped here on our way home from camping. Perfect!!! Crystal was our server and she was awesome! I had 2 requests for changes to my order. My food came out exactly how I wanted it. The tv was too loud, she lowered the volume. Food was delicious. Service was awesome. read more
