i love this place so much i usually come here on the weekdays it's always little busy and the approximate time is about 10 to 15 minutes which is not a big deal to wait(usually you wait more than that in a restaurant). on Wednesday they make an offer of any omelette with all you can eat pancakes unlimited(i'm not sure if it's every Wednesday or was it just the last Wednesday) ask for that offer because it's a good one. at ihop it is hard to beat pancakes with variety of flavors. these pancakes and omelette were soo goood the waitress was very friendly cheerful and very helpful. the other staff were good and welcoming too. you will always be provided with a great service. eventhough the server was busy in assisting other customers; she was checking on the table every other minute to make sure everything is ok fully recommended you gotta give it a try read more

This location isn't a bad place - i believe due the rating the location is trying really hard to please their customers now. I believe it's at 3 star rating due to lack of service skills I guess and rudeness. When i was there - I notice the manager walking around making sure everyone was fine and seeing how their guest were doing. I have given this location so many attempts to get it right but as far as carry out orders are concerned, I'm sorry but they suck. For example, I ordered a carry out of Swedish crepes and bacon. The order arrived with no lingonberries and the bacon was burnt! The second time I ordered, the order was completely wrong. And my last order a couple days ago just tasted nasty. The food was cross contaminated with something else and it was not thoroughly cooked. When I called to talk to a manager the phone literally rang for over five minutes. I was really worried about going to this location having read the reviews but it turned out being ok. The food was bland as it always is at Diners. Had to make the salt rain on my omelette to enjoy it. The little ones enjoyed their pancakes. Had about a 5-10 minute wait before a server even showed up to offer drinks... our drink order was then wrong and had to be fixed. Got our food order in. 20 minutes later food comes out, ordered the biscuits and gravy combo and an order of tomato soup, wife ordered the split breakfast combo with no butter on the pancakes or French toast and a side of biscuits and gravy..... Butter is on both when they arrive, eggs, sausage, and soup are cold, and we didn't get the biscuits and gravy for either order... so we mentioned it to the waitress and she took it to correct it, however, all they did was changed out the pancakes and French toast. The eggs and bacon were the same from prior, still cold, bacon was rubbery.. the waitress let us know when drinks were brought that we could have unlimited refills, and then proceeded to walk past our empty cups at the edge of the table multiple times and only refilled mine when I asked if I had to get a refill myself towards the end of our meal. After getting the bacon order finally corrected, the meal was fine, the waitress never came back to refill any of our drinks. So we ordered another pancake breakfast to go at approximately 10:50 a.m. at 11:20 a.m. we ask to speak to the manager, after waiting for the manager of additional 15 minutes the manager came out confused and we finally got our order. The hostess finally appeared and said, "Somebody got 'em?" and kept walking. Two of our party got coffee. I normally like how there is a carafe right at your table, so you can serve yourself. But there wasn't enough for 3 full cups of coffee in the carafe. The place was only about 1/4 full. The wait was about average for food. But it arrived in 3 shifts. First, two main courses arrived. Then, a few minutes later, some pancakes and sides arrived. Finally, a few minutes later, the 3rd main plate arrived. I noticed the other tables near us were served in the same manner. Waitress forgot utensils. Waitress forgot drinks. Food was ok. Nothing special. Any mom-and-pop diner I've been to has been better and cheaper. One last thing was strange. There is mold in their ice maker which was very obvious as the two waters (both brought at different times) had black specks in it... one was much larger than a speck and grossly sunk to the bottom of the glass.
