My family and I stopped in on a whim one weekday morning since we were in that area. I've been to this location a couple of times over the last few years and have never had an issue. The food has always been fine and the service good. On this visit we were immediately greeted and taken to a booth near the entrance. The restaurant was clean and newly decorated for the holidays. The kids were given crayons and an IHOP activity sheet to keep them occupied while we perused the menu. I noticed that there were quite a few new menu items added. Our waitress was great and attentive the entire time. The problem however came with the food...It was lackluster in taste and came to the table luke warm. My husband also mentioned that the ice water he ordered had a weird aftertaste that he couldn't quite distinguish. I settled on hash browns and the Spicy Shredded Beef Anytime Tacos (Two tacos filled with fluffy scrambled eggs, shredded beef, fire-roasted poblano & red bell peppers, sautéed jalapeños, serrano peppers, onions, and a four-cheese blend. Served with salsa $12.79). The hash browns weren't hot and had no flavor. The spicy tacos weren't the least bit spicy and also lacked real flavor. Everything was very basic. Probably worst ihop I ever went to. 3 different people came and greeted us at the front and said the same thing. "Oh shoot let me go see what we have available" and one of them was the manager! They need new management immediately. Then don't get me started on the waitress. Every time we looked unhappy (to her!) she brought the manager to our table. Who didn't know to much of what was going on her damn self. When we asked for a Togo box they gave us 2 tops then we asked again and they gave 2 bottoms we just made it work atp. Btw I had to walk basically to the kitchen to get the Togo boxes. Overall a 0 out of 10 for service and ambiance. The food was good tho. read more

My Grands love IHOP so today we decided after church to stop by this location. Our waitress was doing the best she could great smile and very apologetic without concerns I give her A+ however the general manager came and told her that my granddaughter's grits were cold and she removed the grits never came back never replaced the grits so Sydney went back and got us some hot grits the food quality was not good at all that's that's all I can say about that location I don't think I'll ever come back I'm going back to Fayetteville but listen general manager if you come to a table and try to address the issue you need to see it through from the beginning to the end she had a non-nonchalant attitude. We were really excited to celebrate my boyfriends birthday with breakfast but sadly we waited an hour to get a server, we had to ask for one 3 times, when we finally got our server and she took our order the smoothies came 30 minutes later melted and the order never came... we had 3 hours in total waiting and when we asked the server she said that there was no order taken for our table.. after 3 whole hours... we were patient because maybe there was new staff that's why we waited so long but other people around us were being served and they had just came in except for us. read more

After reading the reviews I was a bit skeptical about this ihop. I wanted crepes so we took a chance. Sunday just after noon with the Renaissance Festival going on...we only waited 11 minutes to be seated. The restaurant was clean and smelled inviting upon entering. Our short wait allowed us time to observe the staff and guests. When we were seated our waitress was extremely pleasant and got our beverage orders promptly. I asked about combining two different crepe options and she provided a simple and satisfactory workaround. Our food arrived quickly. It was hot and looked delicious. Looks were not deceiving, the breakfast crepes were perfectly filled with scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, hash browns and cheese. The crepes themselves were perfectly golden brown and tender. My husband had the 2x2x2 breakfast with fluffy golden pancakes. He enjoyed every bite. Refills on our beverages were prompt and delivered with smiles. When I finished the breakfast crepes I couldn't resist the lemon blueberry crepes stuffed with delicate lemon and ricotta filling and topped with fresh, plump blueberries. This was the workaround I mentioned. Our waitress, Ashley had suggested a half order of the lemon blueberry crepes. She was thoughtful and helpful in her suggestions. I ordered on their website and went to pick it up. Surprisingly the food was great! I have never really eaten at I Hop before and thought that it was more on a pancake spot but I was wrong. Being able to build our own omelets was definitely it. It seemed to be busy and I did have to wait longer than expected for my food but the service when picking up that I received was good so I'm ok with a little wait. Of course the place was filled with people but it's casual of course so I am all in. read more

I haven't had IHOP in atleast 4 years, so when I realize that one just opened near my home I was excited to try it. Waiting 10 mins to be seated waited 15 mins before order was taken. My husband and I went to IHOP in Fairburn, Ga. We were impressed that this IHOP was more modern than most. We were greeted with a smile and were shown to a booth, as we requested. We were given menus and told that our server would be with us soon. We waited for over 15 minutes before another server yelled for someone to get our waitress. She finally came out of the back and took our order. I requested pancakes with bananas and strawberries and hot water with lemon on the side. The food was very tasty. Although I was not fully satisfied with our waitress, we were so grateful for Amy, the manager who stopped by our table to ensure we were pleased with our service. She was very cordial, listened to my concerns, and immediately addressed them. She was very accommodating and made sure we were taken care of properly. Because of Amy's dedication to her customers, we have given IHOP 4 stars and will give this IHOP another opportunity to serve us better in the future. read more

Our server Joli (her name starts with a Y but Joli is her nickname) made this meal with friends extra special. Her joyful attitude coupled with attentive service and delicious food is the reason we will return. We ordered Colorado omelettes and the French toast breakfast. One in our party ordered steak tips which were very tender although well done as requested. We were able to order a side of beef gravy for the steak. On Saturday, August 14th 2021, my boyfriend and I went to this establishment. The hostesses told me there was a 15-20 minute wait. Maybe 15 minutes go by and a Caucasian woman comes in and says that she has a party of 8 and was immediately sat down. My boyfriend and I saw 3 tables that were available for us to sit, however this woman who had just came in was seated before us. The hostess worked during the morning shift, we went at about 10:30am. I went back to this IHOP because I remember the hamburger and fries I had there in 2021. I was a little disappointed. I had the All American. I did not like their special sauce and the red onions were the ones that came from the outside of the onion. Hard to bite into. Their fries were good. read more

I would give this place zero stars if I could. This place was a bunch of thieves. We ordered 4 dishes and receive 2. They insisted on charging us for 3 of them. Went for breakfast. Maybe 4 parties eating. We were seated (actually told to sit "over there") with menus and sat there for 15 minutes waiting to be served. No acknowledgement from staff as they walked back and forth. Looked like a 10 year old kid helping bring out food to people who were lucky enough to be served. We left after 15 minutes. Never will I ever come back to this IHOP! They did a half a$$ job on completing my order. Not to mention it took them over an hour. This place needs new management, cooks, and waitresses. The staff is too young and does not take the job seriously and shows in their customer service. There were so many customers canceling orders that wasn't funny. read more
