Not much of a looker from the outside but it has character upon walking in. Small but feels really spacious & big because of those great high ceilings. The service was good, everyone was really nice! Met the owner and she was so pleasant and really kind. Now baby, I'll keep it short and sweet and get straight to it.... everything delicious, felt like some good home cooked food. Cooked and seasoned to perfection!! They don't have a large liquor selection but those who purchased a achcoholic beverages said they where good. A nice gentleman over heard us celebrating my homegirls birthday and bought a round of shots for us.... really sweet! I have plans to go back and try some more good eating. Hope you're food experience be just as great as mines.

The ambient vibe, the warm, southern hospitality, and the overall food was spectacular! The grits were delicious and creamy. The catfish was very fresh, not gamey and the eggs were flavorful and very fluffy, not overcooked. Now, the fried green tomatoes were to die for. It was my first time having them so I thoroughly enjoyed them. Our servers mom is the Mayor of Fairburn. What a pleasure it was to have met him. This is a great place to have great food.

Great food and outstanding service. We took our Men's Fellowship group from church and was greeted by awesome staff and owner. Food was delicious! If ever in Atlanta please make sure you head to The Dining Experience it won't disappoint you

We were greeted and seated fairly quickly. The pineapple mimosa was only $5. 2 out of 3 people thought it was the good. The food was reasonable priced. The fried green tomatoes were fresh and delicious. The breading was light and seasoned well. Everyone thought the food was filling and worth the price. The breakfast potatoes were not a fave but everything else was good. The waitress was attentive and friendly. The vibe is casual, cozy. There are cute booths, a high table, and regular tables. The menu includes breakfast/brunch and lunch/dinner entrees. There are also cocktails and non alcoholic drinks in the menu

I was in the area, so I decided to try them out. It's a no for me! Pictures speaks volumes... and I don't mean that in a good way!! You can literally see only four potatoes with a few crumbs in the picture straight from the kitchen!! Wasn't good at alll!!! Spend your money elsewhere in the area because this establishment is not it!

Great place for Breakfast/Brunch! I had an amazing waitress that was very attentive even though they were the only one working today. The place had a nice crowd but wasn't too crowded. The music selection was great. The food was amazing. Definitely will come back again and also recommend.

I had a great experience. The food was good, prepared well and came out in a timely manner. The restaurant was clean. Not busy at my time of visit The waitress was really sweet. I do plan to go back.

Our server, Morgan With The Long Hair, was incredible! Super efficient, friendly, and speedy. The food...excellent. Prepared perfectly. Simple, good, real. The ambiance was just fine. Super points for cleanliness. Overall casual and relaxed. Hubby and I are definitely coming back. Only con, it's been open for ~a year and we just found it. recommending to family and friends.

1st time visiting was for Sunday brunch. They have a nice size dining area but nothing fancy in terms of decor; however, they offer on-site parking which is a plus! Upon entering we were seated immediately (around 10:30 am) and our server came shortly thereafter. There are no brunch specials or bottomless mimosas but the food was decent and the service was great! I give The Dining Experience a solid 3.5 stars! I would definitely give them another try!

Pictures of the pasta given. One shrimp cut into three pieces as well as ONE piece of overcooked steak and chicken cut into cubes

The Experience Pasta was horrible not worth $29. I was beat out of my money. I am so disappointed and will never go back. The fried tomatoes were beyond bland with no garnish or appealing. They didn't have collard greens or Mac and cheese. I hate I wasted $100 at this establishment. Keith Lee exaggerated in my opinion. I had to pay extra for extra sauces that were half filled. See photos. Diner

Our server was great! I believe her name was Terry. The restaurant was clean and had a nice vibe. The food tasted good with the exception of 2 items that weren't my personal favorite. The salmon had a bit of a fishy taste rather than a fresh taste. The grits had a broth like base rather than a creamy one (personally I prefer creamy). The waffles were nice and soft. The fried green tomatoes were amazing. Crispy and flavorful. I would go back to try other items on the menu.

The food was excellent. We had catfish and grits, strawberry waffles, eggs sausage, and hasbrowns. Everything was amazing! Great service. The food came quickly and hot. The price is affordable. I will definitely be back.

Been here 1.5 times. First time was for brunch, I had the salmon platter for $20. Now for that amount you'd think you'd get a decent size piece of salmon, but it was a slither. A well seasoned piece, but a slither nonetheless. I had a side of breakfast potatoes & eggs. My bew had the fried catfish & grits and his mom had the shrimp & grits. The Cajun sauce was lightly drizzled on top & the grits were basic. Came here a 2nd time and there were some complications with the seating situation, so we left. Beforehand, we had the salty fried green tomatoes & stale salmon egg rolls that was supposed to come with sweet chili sauce. However, we all agreed that it was definitely BBQ sauce. Lol For the price, the food wasn't worth it. The ambience was ok, but seating is tight. Givin them a three, because the servers were decent. The last server was just doin as she was told re: seating.

I was curious so I decided to look it up on Google Maps and saw that they had some good reviews and the type of breakfast/brunch food I was looking for. When I walked in, they were very busy and the wait would've been about 30 minutes so I decided to order my food to go. I was told they take reservations during the week. While I was waiting, I got a chance to meet the owners and they were so nice and told me they were moving to a larger space this Summer. I decided to try the flavored lemonade and I got the mango flavor. It was so delicious and refreshing. My order didn't take too long to be prepared. I ordered the beignets. I also ordered shrimp and salmon grits and I got my salmon blackened and I got the peach cobbler bread pudding. My key takeaways are the salmon and shrimp grits dish was very flavorful. It was hot and fresh, and it was the perfect portion. My beignets were hot and fresh and I loved the taste and texture but it was missing the powdered sugar and I would've liked to have had a dipping sauce, maybe chocolate caramel or strawberry with it, not sure if I should've asked for it or if it should've came as an addition. I personally did not care for the peach bread pudding. It was too sweet and for some reason didn't actually remind me of bread pudding so I would probably try a different dessert like the red velvet cake next time. Overall, my experience was great and I definitely can't wait to return.

The first time, I dined in with my son and also ordered fish and grits to go. About 10 minutes after receiving my meal, I got the to-go order, but the cooks refused to separate the fish from the grits. As a result, I had to cut my meal short and leave so the fish wouldn't become soggy. The second visit was with my husband. I ordered the grit bowl exactly as listed on the menu. I was told the onions and peppers came on the potatoes instead of the grits, which was fine because I mainly wanted the spinach anyway. When the meal arrived, there was no spinach. The waitress checked with the cooks, and they claimed the spinach did not come with the meal, even though it was clearly listed on the menu. They then attempted to charge extra for it, despite it being included in the advertised price. I also asked to speak with a manager, but no manager ever came out. Unfortunately, the poor communication and lack of customer service from the kitchen staff and management overshadowed what could have been a much better experience.

Now, L.A. is hardly short on coffee joints, but this place was in a league of its own: cozy yet airy, beautifully decorated, with smiling faces behind the counter, a genuinely happy staff, and the delightful bonus of an attached antique store. For the past eight months, I've found myself dreaming of it--every time I step into a Starbucks back home, my mind drifts straight back to that little Tyrone haven: the inviting outdoor area, the peaceful hush as you walk in, the comfortable seating, the quiet hum of contentment. There's something almost ineffable about it. I'm now seriously planning to move down there, and if I do, this place will absolutely become a mainstay of my daily routine.
