One thing about chain, restaurants like IHOP is that you pretty much know where you were going to get and you don't even have to come dressed up to be able to eat. So basically after coming soaked from running 7 miles, I could still sit down and have a recovery breakfast without having to be in a brunch dress code. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Although the restaurant was crowded when I got in, I was able to get a seat at the counter[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. Instead of mimosas, I enjoyed bottomless coffee, which hit the spot after the aforementioned run and staying out the night before. Their eggs benedict, my brunch staple, it was actually pretty good. The hollandaise sauce had a good bit of tartness how I like and the eggs were running enough. I also ordered their French toast, but ended up taking half to go. It's served on a nice fluffy brioche and has a good amount of whipped cream and strawberry toppings. There's also the syrups they have on the table, which I picked the blueberry. Service was friendly if not the same level at a brunch spot, but it's to be expected when it's a full house. I would stop by next time. I'm in the area and needing a quick brunch. read more

Where to begin? I got the t bone with mashed potatoes, they had no broccoli I substituted for salad but she forgot to bring it I was pretty much done with food. I also got shrimp as an appetizer and those were good. The meat was bland, the mashed potatoes were good. Coffee was okay too. Probably the worst IHOP I have ever dined. Possibly understaffed with one cook and one server visible. There was probably a total of 5 different tables including our party of six with diners. Women's bathroom needed some serious attention. Most of the food tasted good but each person was served separately while the omelette took at least 30 minutes after the first person was served. Server did not check on us and our pancakes were 45 minutes to table and overdone. I don't usually focus on the negative but can't say I would recommend. read more

We visited this location today, July 18th 2026, at 12:20 P.M. I will never visit this location again. I called in advance to see if they were on a wait, a lady answered the phone and told me " No, no wait at all, come on in". I get there 3 minutes later and they are on a 10 minute wait completely packed in the lobby. We waited, sat, our server was ok, the food was ok.. but the environment was disgusting. Condiments were very sticky. We were fighting with flies and ants at the table the entire time. There was also another party sat in front of us, with a guest having soiled all over her shorts, and they aloud her to sit in the booth. Grown woman with visible pee everywhere, and they casually sit her. It was bad. Just because you serve affordable food , doesn't mean that you are aloud to put the public's safety at risk. I would have the health inspector pay this location a visit for sure . On the way out while waiting to pay our check, we noticed none of the line cooks wearing gloves. One even had the audacity to place another guest fries on the plate with their bare hands after picking at a scab on his face. Me and my fiancé spoke with the "Manager" Neomi, and she was very dismissive and did not seem to want to help at all. Her response was "Sorry, I'll talk to them". Then she looked at us waiting for us to leave. As I paid my full check, I told my server I would never be back here, she apologized, unlike the manager, and pointed to the contact information on the wall of the area Director. I informed the server before I left , that I go for my lunch break to the north Miami location often and never have I ever had this issue. I will not be returning to this location. We were here overnight before getting on a cruise and stayed at one of the hotels down the street. Knowing that IHOP is a chain, we were expecting food to be basically the same as at home (Arizona). Although we aren't frequent diners at IHOP, we have eaten their pancakes over the years. This morning we had a variety of dishes and everything was very greasy, not hot, and just mediocre at best. Service was fine and our person was friendly and efficient. I asked for the pork sausage...what I got was two sliced hot dogs grilled. I also ordered a Belgian Waffle, which was good...nothing special. Wife ordered the Chicken Florentine Crepes, which included two greasy crepes, with a sauce that lacked taste and chopped tomatoes on top. She ate about 4-5 bites and was done. Friend ordered the Breakfast Crepes and again, at about half of one and had to stop because it was just too greasy. Overall we didn't have a good experience at this restaurant. read more

I called and spoke to the restaurant manager and the manager name was Naomi if that is her real name. I told Naomi I did not want my food to be made yet because they said that it would take an hour before the driver gets there. She told me that my food was already made, and she will put it underneath the lamp. I pacifically told her not to do so because I didn't want my food to be sitting there for an hour. I told her to have it to be made when the driver gets there she told me OK And I also informed her can she put tobacco hot sauce and she said OK when the food gets here not only did the food get here and the food was absolutely cold, but this is nothing that I ordered. There's no whipped cream. There's no bananas on top. There's none of that no sauce nothing and the syrups were busted inside of the bag when I spoke to the manager again, Miss Naomi and I told her that we had a discussion and she was like oh no like so nonchalant as if she knew that they left that food sitting there and she didn't care about it. I'm very upset because I spent $19 on something that I cannot get my money back on. I had such a quality juicy burger to go and two pancakes for $13. The new jalapeño Jack burger had a tasty crunchy cheese chip in the center and that made the burger so tasty. It seemed like he forgot to put our order in, and we barely even saw him. I think he came to our table maybe three times total during the two hours we were there -- as a family trying to enjoy a meal, that's ridiculous. The manager, Michael, was great though. He stepped in, helped us out, and gave a 10% discount, which was appreciated. But honestly, that's not the point. A place as popular as IHOP shouldn't have service that bad. I gave JIMMY my card & when he charged it I immediately got a fraud alert text from my bank that IHOP was trying to charge $87 to my card in stead of $22. I guess I should have checked the reviews before coming to this location. You would think being so close to the airport that they would have increased staff to accommodate large early morning, late night parties. My party of 6 wasn't acknowledged nor seated for 18 mins upon entry all while the SOLE cook looked up at us multiple times without acknowledgment as well. Then it was another 20min or so before our order was taken. The waitress told us to be patient as she was the only waitress at 645am. So all of 2 people were manding the whole place. Went in today ordered an appetizer, when my main meal arrived they let me know they were out of the app. When I got the bill they removed the cost of my drink but left the appetizer on there, I had to make them change it since the appetizer was more then a soda. The service here is absolutely awful. When we arrived, the gentleman at the front, named Jason, sat our group of 5. When we sat, we got our menus and silverware. Then this other waitress, named Nancy, kept telling us to get up and move because apparently we had to put our name down. We didn't know this, like I said, Jason sat us when we walked in. We told Nancy what happened and she kept being incredibly rude to us. Even the staff were telling her to stop. Some memories are better left as memories. What I mean by this is as a kid growing up I used to love to go to IHOP and get a stack of pancakes. Eating at Ihop was a treat reserved for Sundays after church or on the way to a Little League game. So I passed this place on many occasions and it was always full, usually the sign of good food. So I decided this past Sunday to stop in and relive a fun childhood experience. What they say, you can't go back I can't go back and become that child of 10 years old enjoying the experience at a clean family restaurant. So I can't recapture a memory. To say that the food here was bad is an understatement. Whoever is making eggs should be working in a medieval torture chamber how Sunnyside up eggs come out and you can't cut them with your fork. You need a steak knife is beyond me. Hashbrowns were cold sausage as well. The bacon looked like , it had fallen on the floor and was kicked around before put on the plate. And don't get me started on what they call "biscuits and gravy"! It's more like hockey pucks and grease trap oil. So putting all that aside, actually pushing it away from in front of me before I gagged. I decided to try the pancakes, wishing for a fond memory. I can say that the pancakes, still taste like pancakes even though they were cold, they gave us less than a half a tablespoon of frozen butter. So I guess what I'm trying to stay is IHOP I'll try to remember the old days, because there is no way I'm going to relive this experience. read more

The IHop is an easy walk from the Wyndham Gardens hotel (about two full blocks). It is HOPPING, and I don't think it's just the tourists in the area. Every table had quick turnover, but there weren't any long waits for a table or for food. It was a little tight to get past all the tables but workable. It took forever to get our order in (yes some on our part) but the majority on the waitress as she seemed overwhelmed and unsure how to handle her tables. Food arrived and again water was ordered and syrup was requested and we were asked why it's not on the table. I don't work for IHOP so how would I know???? Waited about 5 minutes for the syrup and water before going to the front counter and speaking with whom I can only assume was the manager to not have anything done. After waiting again we just took the syrup off another table. Water was brought to us by another waitress, who at checkout stated next time I'll be your waitress. Not!!!! They said they weren't "making money" and didn't want to deal with orders like mine. Their tone and attitude made me feel very uncomfortable and even threatened. On top of that, they gave me something completely different from what I ordered and basically forced me to leave without any chance to fix the issue. When we arrived there were 5 servers just standing around either on their phones or talking. 2nd We were placed in the far back corner next to the kitchen even though there were only 6 -7 customers in the restaurant 3rd The table and wall was full of ants there was food and trash all over the floor and chairs at all the tables around us ( there were 3 employee's dressed in black shirts who were responsible for cleaning but standing around like there was nothing to do) on top of the 5 waitresses 4th.
