We visited on a Friday around 5pm and it was pretty slow so didn't know if that was a sign of things to come. It was not. The food and service was incredible. Our server was great and went the extra mile to take care of us. I took my family of 5 picky eaters and they finished their plates which says a lot because the portions are great and the kids burgers are pretty serious themselves. It really just says more about the flavors. One of those situations where it tastes so good you could just eat yourself into oblivion. The kids loved it and we were very pleased. My wife and I recommend the Truffle Goddess burger which was destroyed before a photo was taken. We loved the variety of sauces. Wanted to love this spot but found the value to be too low. I would give the food a solid B, and the portion size was very small for the price (burger itself was small and fries were not included). Very fun and creative menu with lots of interesting options. Found our burger a bit disappointing though as we ordered it for the truffle and they went very light on this. Upcharge for a black bean veggie patty (aren't these literally cheaper than beef?!). Fries are more shoestring style. Nice collection of fun sauces on the table. The metal glasses for water and the wait staff that is happy to help accommodate any request you have. The food is good don't get me wrong. Nothing incredibly remarkable about the burger and fries but still good. We ordered and split the truffle goddess burger along with an order of truffle fries. We love truffle but the food unfortunately had very little truffle in it. You could barely taste it at all. In addition the burger itself is pretty small. We thought about sharing because we figured for $19 for a burger with no fries it would be probably be pretty big. But alas we were wrong again. The best part of Juanchi's Burgers is honestly the sauces they have. They have five creative options like caper, curry, and relish mayo. I would probably buy some of them just to have at home. My wife and I stopped in on a Friday evening around 9:30 pm. It wasn't overly busy but there were a couple of families in the restaurant. The service was prompt and they were kind enough to give us a little more time when asked. The food was delivered in a timely manner. I had the Smash burger and my wife had the original Juanchiburger. Both burgers were good, if on the small side. I had the sweet potato fries and my wife had the onion rings. The onion rings, all five, were a little over cooked but the sweet potato fries were done just right. However, the fries lacked salt. The burgers were done well even if they did not offer us ketchup but instead a set of five different sauces to use. These were nice and a pleasant change of pace. Overall, the food was good but pricey as two burgers, one order of sweet potato fries, one order of onion rings and one coke came to just under $50. This is my second time here and I really like it! I came for their fried avocados, delicious! We built our own burgers. I got the black brioche bun with angus beef, grilled cheese, and a bunch of veggies! And a side of grilled corn on the cob (without the chipotle sauce or cheese), super good! We work around the area so we wanted to order from this place for lunch. We ordered quite a few burgers for the office, over 70 dollars worth of food. Unfortunately our experience was quite unpleasant. For starters, we ordered the food online to pickup in store. When we got there, all the burgers had the wrong ingredients. When we inquired about this confusions, the employee said that their online menu differed from their in store menu. To put it simply: The burgers had a description online (i.e. blue cheese, bacon) and that SAME burger in store had different ingredients (had onion rings and none of the previously noted. ) When we politely asked if they can just make the burger the way we ordered it from THEIR online menu, they said no very rudely and dismissed us. We tried to show them the menu and they couldnt care less. To top it off, their burgers were bad. They were not worth the money you pay for. Save your money and go somewhere else. Both served hot! As far as the burger I wanted to try something more traditional so I got the old buddy and my wife got the home run. My burger was a patty, cheese, lettuce and tomato. My wife's had patty, cheese bacon + chips, caramelized onion and signature curry & bbq sauce. Both were outstanding! The brioche bun was super soft but crispy on the outside. It had a soft crunch to it when you bit in to it. The patties were a decent size and we easily got full from our meal. Overall we had a great experience. Some friends and I were in the area a day before our cruise. We found this little hole in the wall burger joint down the street from our hotel and decided why not try it. The menu was largest enough and contained enough variety that everyone found something they wanted to try. I had the Spanish Queen, and it was delicious. The burger was cooked perfect to start. So i got there 11.30 maybe ... and they would open at noon. 30 minutes later .... I'm it. Waiter recommended home run burger which I said.. why not. Medium rare please!. The seasoning in the patty itself is so good. Very flavourful. You can actually taste the beef and that is important. The bread hold the burger and all ingredients perfectly including sauces... some burgers fall apart but this bun was good, fluffy and sturdy at the same time. Also, ordered the truffle French fries which are shoe string fries cut extra thin and are not grease at all. Very crispy in fact. Light truffle flavor and nicely seasoned. Now.... what is wrong with regular ketchup these days.... I mean, I like sauces and all... but regular ketchup for fries... can't beat that. When she first told me that she wanted to meet here, I didn't know what to expect but boy was I glad that she chose this place. We visited the Coral Way location, and it was a good experience. The waitress was really friendly and attentive. We arrived around 5:30 pm and there was enough tables available to choose from and food was out pretty quick! The portions are perfect! Not too huge to end up full but not too small either! Just right to have dessert if you have a sweet tooth, like me. We had sunny burger (loved it) with Sweet potato fries and juancheese with truffle and cheese fries. Since it's a double meat burger make sure you don't order "well done" because it will feel way too dry, like it happened to us. They have like 6 house sauces, they are all really yummy! The service was terrible. My burger was the Original Burger that is pictured here. I could even eat it. The crispy onions are not crispy onions at all they are regular huge onion rings towered on the burger. My boyfriend had the smash burger that he requested medium rare and it came overcooked and burnt to a crisp. My son had the Juancheese Burger and it also over salted and one patty was over cooked and the other rare. The service was terrible.
