This was arguably my best restaurant experience ever and certainly the best ihop. I'm usually critical when it comes to food but felt like I have to praise them. Everything went perfect with the experience. I came in by myself and noticed right away that there were a couple seats available at the bar, so no waiting. A minute later they ask me for my beverage and gave me a menu. By the time she came back with my drink (a minute later) I was ready to order and she took it. Not even 2 minutes later, she came in with my breakfast meal, because apparently this was in demand and they made it on standby. I was in-and-out of there in 10 or 15 minutes. STAY AWAY! You have been warned. My boyfriend and I were in the area because we went to pick up a friend from the Miami airport. We stopped to this particular Ihop. Worst mistake ever. It wasn't the nicest. We had to ask for the table to be properly cleaned because it was sticky, there were small ants constantly crawling on the table. We get our food, my boyfriend starts eating and there is a long strand of hair in the middle of his eggs. So we complain, and they make it over. No problem. But here's where the real issue comes in. Our waitress, her name was Summer, brought the check and they still charged my boyfriend for his meal!!! So we asked why did we get charged for his meal when there was hair in it... her response was: "well he got a new one right?" We were disgusted, so we requested to speak to a manager, she said there's none, we requested to speak to a supervisor, there's none there. So my friend said can you go call someone I'm sure you have their number, she went, came back, and said "she said you can get 20% off" as she threw the check on the table!!!!!! We were PISSED! So my friend calls her back and said now we have a problem cuz we are not satisfied with that, please call your manager I would like to speak to him directly. I love this freaking ihop. All the servers are awesome, even the cooks are great & friendly through the window if you sit on the counter. I come here often by myself to get some pancakes. They are always attentive to the tables & are constantly cleaning up. The food comes quick even of they are slammed which is usually the case on friday night & weekends. stop in for Breakfast while we watied on her hotel room. This place is more of a social club for workers then a resturant. Manger and employee talking a the front counter. We had to wait until the finished (was not work related) to be acknowledge. Employees stopping by to talk to our waitress while she is helping us. We are intterupted while they talk and hang on each other. Bus boys are hanging out chewing on their nails. Nasty. Waitress was not able to get our order correct. Food was ok but not IHOP quailty. Another huge social gathering of employees at the front when we tried to leave. This is one of those places where the manager and employees do not put the customers first. I stopped in with a friend late at night after checking in at a nearby hotel. The food was average, the same as any other IHOP. The prices were reasonable and the food came out in an average time frame. The service was terrible. We hardly saw the waitress, which was odd since there was only one other table with people and the remainder of the restaurant was empty. The waitress spoke a few words of broken English and it was almost impossible to communicate. She came around to take our orders, deliver the drinks / take our food order at the same time, and to deliver the food. Later on, she dropped the bill on the table while passing by en route to the other table. There was another waitress sitting around and she kept watching us. She seemed annoyed that we were there...we were probably interrupting her nap time. The service was terrible. The quality of the food was average. If you're in the area late at night when everyplace else is closed, this place is still feasible as long as you don't mind rudeness and being ignored. At least the food came out hot. read more

BEST IHOP IN MIAMI! My boyfriend and I come here often on Saturday's/Sunday's at prime brunch hour and we get seated within 15 min. The food is always delicious and brought out quick. The staff is very friendly and attentive, most of all the restaurant is always clean. :) read more

Will never come back here. They don't offer hot syrup. The manager didn't offer anything extra. I am here visiting in town and just looking for good pancakes that I usually get from any other IHOP. I don't know how long the syrup has been sitting on the table and refuse to give it to my small child. read more

Met my daughter here for brunch. It was busy because it was almost lunchtime but we still had a nice meal. The choices are awesome and many. We stuck with breakfast selections and had pancake combos and omelets. The pancakes, we chose buttermilk but there are many more, were wonderful. The sides; potatoes, eggs, toast were average. The omelets were good too. Service was prompt with the food coming out timely and the check arriving soon after we were finished. We will go back to this location next time we stay at the Sleep Inn nearby. read more

I went to this location yesterday with my boyfriend around 2pm and it was average service. Just like at any other ihop. Our server was really nice, but my boyfriend asked for a side of Nutella and she forgot to bring it. Ok, no big deal. We couldn't find our server so we called over the first person we saw and asked her if she could bring us a side of Nutella and she rudely replied "you have to ask your sever for that." We told her we couldn't find her and she asked for her name and we didn't know it, she responded "well I don't know it either" gave us the dirtiest attitude and walked away. Our server brought us the Nutella after that but we were really pissed off about the way that other sever treated us. She spoke to us like we worked there or something lol. We couldn't find a manger otherwise I would have made a big complaint about her rude ass. I wish I would have gotten her name, she was older with very long white/blonde hair. I haven't had pancakes at IHOP since I was a little kid, so of course my spouse and I went for dinner while overnighting near the airport. It's a diner with breakfast, lunch and dinner items, only two of which are under 600 calories, something I find amusing, but not so surprising. The hot chocolate is about 6 ounces for $2.69, so tiny to me, but tasted excellent. The waitress was really friendly, spoke English with an accent, but clear and easy to understand. She did hesitate doing a substitute for the Fit Blueberry, egg white and turkey bacon option. I wanted just to sub the bacon and eggs for one more pancake, but she wasn't sure she could do it. Finally decided I could, and ended up giving me 2 more. These pancakes are made from a heavier, dense pancake mix, which means that two is fine 3 is a lot and 4 is too many, I ended up eating 3. The blueberries are baked in which I like better than just put on top. My spouse had a Club sandwich which he rated 4 star, with good fries, nice turkey meat that was moist and real turkey instead of sliced deli meat. Overall good diner food, no complaints except for tiny hot chocolate. Price was $23 before tip. read more
