Came during the December free kid's meal event, first time back in many, many years. The manager himself came and helped us get settled when he saw us struggling with a baby. They have high chairs that fold out to hold a car seat carrier. He was great and checked on our table several times in addition to our own server being attentive. food was excellent--blueberry pancakes warm and delicious. The only complaint might be that the kid's hash browns weren't cooked well (adult side was perfect!) they swapped our side for french fries instead. It was overall a pleasant experience. Visiting IHOP feels like eating at Waffle House's older brother. We ate at this location recently and ordered the biscuits and gravy, the eggs benedict, and a stack of strawberry pancakes. The biscuits were dry, the hollandaise sauce was basically water, but the pancakes were fluffy perfection! I guess the International House of Pancakes lives up to its name. The service was great, too - shoutout to Savannah! One note about this location: the parking is atrocious. Even though there's plenty of room, the space is designed to fit as few cars as possible. They had a large party come in and didn't account for the space and all the people. We ended up having to move our space for them because they weren't prepared. Great service, I actually tipped over 20% because of how well our server was in predicting our needs. She brought out two glasses of coke for example instead of waiting for a refill request. We have been coming here since it opened. It's been about 10 months since our last visit due to Covid. I will start with cleanliness. The walls on our booth had food all over them. It looked really old. The floors had food and trash all over them. Some food is expected, but I did not see anyone cleaning up. The place was about 75% occupied. It was 13:00 hours on a Saturday. The service was horrible this time also. We ran out of coffee and water. Asked for more and it took a really long time to come out. Not to mention the server's attitude was less than pleasant. I eat at IHOP's all over as I am an airline pilot. This was the dirtiest one I have ever been to. I am hoping it was due to Covid? Previous experiences have been better.
