Horrible food for the prices. The food could've took me 5 minutes to microwave and eat. The eggs were not cooked well. The sausage patties were definitely microwaveable. The sun was constantly in my eyes and they didn't have blinds to close the window. The overall feeling felt bad and it seemed rundown. They did not show the sanitation rating which is shown in every restaurant in Asheville, North Carolina. We stopped here before heading out on a road trip and it's been a while since we ate here .we got seated immediately and ordered eggs Benedict and wife got a egg white omelette. Only gripe was that mine was 14 bucks and hers were like 17. Bill was like 42 bucks for breakfast with a coffee. Food was great and service as well . Visiting IHOP feels like eating at Waffle House's older brother. We ate at this location recently and ordered the biscuits and gravy, the eggs benedict, and a stack of strawberry pancakes. The biscuits were dry, the hollandaise sauce was basically water, but the pancakes were fluffy perfection! I guess the International House of Pancakes lives up to its name. The service was great, too - shoutout to Savannah! One note about this location: the parking is atrocious. Even though there's plenty of room, the space is designed to fit as few cars as possible. TLDR; perfect late night hang for pancakes, and that's pretty much it. read more

Early morning start with a hot and delicious breakfast at IHOP in Murfreesboro was great! I had the Breakfast Sampler and my wife had Veggie Omelette with avocados. ordered the bone steak, rare. what I got, in every way seemed like a thin pork chop. server agreed and took it back. heard the manager from the kitchen confused about it too, yelled that they don't even have pork chops and only stopped arguing with the server when it was asked how I ordered it and she was told rare. the replacement steak was cooked in the microwave with no mention of the issue from the manager and her giving us stink face until we left. do your job and make sure your cooks do and you might actually get a good review. if you try it for once the place might improve read more

We attended ihop on this fine Saturday morning hoping for a great outing before March madness kicks off. Sadly, we were greeted with horrendous services. Went for a weekend breakfast, we were seated fast and the waitress was friendly but seating management was not good. They had a large party come in and didn't account for the space and all the people. We ended up having to move our space for them because they weren't prepared. Food finally came and the amount were so terrible for the price we were paying. Waitress was so busy I didn't get a chance to talk. At the end I asked for the manager and he asked if I told my waitress. Took my card and ran it before telling me the total. Won't be back! read more

Pros - Clean inside and out. Staff (Moe) is very helpful. Food is just fine. Cons - No WI-FI?!? Come on IHOP! Now I know why I usually stop at Denny's. (Plus their meals are priced lower.) Great service, I actually tipped over 20% because of how well our server was in predicting our needs. She brought out two glasses of coke for example instead of waiting for a refill request. She also made sure that my dad's coffee was hot and refilled. The food was perfect. I got the cowboy burger and a side of onion rings. My dad got Belgian waffles. He was saying how they were perfect and not too dry while I was enjoying my burger as well. The dine in felt safe. My husband & I decided to try some of the 'seasonal fare', on a weekday, as we were both home from work that day. We had just moved to the area and were drawing on previous experiences elsewhere. (Big Mistake!) 'All chain restaurants are not the same'! In this age of Covid waiters & waitresses, and anyone else working in a food setting, should be wearing masks, People!!! We also noticed that the place was quite dirty and in need of a mop & broom. Nonetheless, I had my heart set on their 'pumpkin spice pancakes' and nothing was going to stop me. Our food arrived and it was okay. The pancakes were tasty and the bacon was crisp, as I had ordered. We have been coming here since it opened. It's been about 10 months since our last visit due to Covid. I will start with cleanliness. The walls on our booth had food all over them. It looked really old. The floors had food and trash all over them. Some food is expected, but I did not see anyone cleaning up. The place was about 75% occupied. It was 13:00 hours on a Saturday. The service was horrible this time also. We ran out of coffee and water. Asked for more and it took a really long time to come out. Not to mention the server's attitude was less than pleasant. I eat at IHOP's all over as I am an airline pilot. This was the dirtiest one I have ever been to. I am hoping it was due to Covid? Previous experiences have been better. I ate most of my sandwich and didn't realize all of my avocados were rotted. Can't wait to be sick later! Check your food before you eat! Not to mention they didn't even do anything to fix the problem. I still paid for my food, but I will not tip if you can't manage to fix the problem. Attentive and knows that menu very well! I went with a friend and her mom and they both enjoyed their food as much as I did. I had huevos rancheros. I always order that, it's not like the traditional ones but I like it. Very tasty and the tortilla chips are homemade! We did have the mimosas flight and that was nice. We have 4 different mimosas and they were all good. This place is consistently good and the service is also on point. Weekends tend to be a little busier than normal but that's no issue as I expect a little wait on weekends. Nothing too crazy. We waited less than 10 minutes.
