Went for lunch with a friend and we found it based on Yelp reviews. There was plenty of parking. The server was very nice and patient as I figured out what I wanted. I got the blackened chicken sandwich with fries. My friend got the hamburger and fries. I really loved my sandwich, I got it with grilled onions and it was really good. I really enjoyed the Roast Beef sandwich- generous portion, well prepared and served piping hot. As were the fries! G had the Turkey Club and really enjoyed it. Her broccoli was overcooked for my taste but she loved it. Customer service and food was amazing. Here is my "thing" about wings--they need to have moist meat, dry bone, normal size, and obviously good flavor. Station Grill did that!! My wings didn't look like they were starved or fed steroids. Lol. The meat was moist but a very nice dry bone with a bloody taste/appearance. I went with Cajun dry rub which was good. I may would have added a tad more salt. I tasted my son's mild wings and they were absolutely on point!! I don't like sauce dripping down my hands and so they were sauced just right. The fries!!! Hot, crispy outside with softness on the inside. Totally seasoned just right. Station Grill have a nice size portion for the price. The only challenge here is parking. Not fault of Station Grill. This is a funny little location with several very busy establishments and a small lot capacity. We were able to find parking close after circling once. Met our son and his family here for lunch today on the way to a soccer tournament. Of course we checked yelp and found this gem! Great place to watch sports! Clean, warm and welcoming. Good thing we don't live here, my husband would never leave! The food as delicious! The fried chicken garlic ranch sandwich was amazing! Grandkids had the hamburger, chicken Alfredo and pizza, which were equally delicious! My son had the fried catfish, which he loved. Hubby had the fried chicken salad that was incredible. We had just gotten in to town from a long drive from Florida, so we stopped in Station Grill for a drink and some casual food. I love a good local bar, so this place definitely hits the mark on that. The food was good and the beer I ordered was ice cold. I didn't love that the waitress couldn't remember what the happy hour specials were and there's only happy hour food menus on the weekend despite the menus having "happy hour from 2-6" on the front of the menu. It's just a little misleading but we didn't mind, we were just curious. That's the only reason I took one star off. Otherwise, we were very happy and will definitely be back. read more

Stopped in at the newly opened (7/30) Station Grill to give them a try and support the new spot in Murfreesboro. Heather set me up with a beer while I reviewed the menu. There were plenty of bar food options, I was hoping for some of the items I saw on their FB page at the old location. I went with the Buffalo Chicken Dip and the Cannon Burger and onion rings. The chicken dip is good and not too spicy, the chips were probably from a bag and were just OK. The burger was cooked as requested and had some nice char to it and the bun was toasted. There are a few spots in Murfreesboro in the $10 burger club, so while the burger I had was good it didn't rank up there with other spots in town. The frozen onion rings were a huge disappointment, lacked flavor, and were greasy. Service in the place is good and everyone was friendly and the bar is non-smoking...so family friendly. I may visit again in a couple months to see how the menu progresses above standard bar fare. Would love to see some of the dishes from their old location on the menu...those looked delicious! read more

Came here with my 12-year-old son during a soccer tournament weekend based on the good reviews. We were both very happy with everything at Station Grill. I would describe it as an intimate sports pub as it's not large and has moderate noise level. Just what we were looking for including great food and lots of TVs to watch playoff NFL football. Uber clients in my car have recommended this restaurant strongly, so I decided to check it out. Don't let my 3* rating deter you. The locals love this place and there is obviously a stream of steady, customers who come back again and again. Almost all the customers knew the bartender and wait staff. It is family friendly. A reason why it may be so popular are the sports TVs, pool table, and Foosball to entertain you. "Rippers" are on the menu and they did entice me. These are premium hot dogs served up with a variety of toppings. Both Rippers and the burgers are named for the local culture which makes it a fun experience. Uncle Dave Macon in a local legend (banjo player and early member of the Grand Old Opry) has a major festival named after him. There is also a burger at the Station Grill named after him, and that is what I ordered. It was good. They cooked it to order (rare) and I loved the toppings. It did not have a strong beef flavor, but the tenderness made up for that. I liked it. The bun was a disappointment, however, being marked by ten punch holes caused by my fingers just gently picking it up. The salad came with a garlic ranch dressing that really tasted like GARLIC and I liked it. Gourmets state that you can taste the food with your eyes first. Not wanting to stare at other diner's food, I did glance closely. One plate had what were either chicken fingers or fried shrimp. The plate was not covered and presentation was sparse. The breading looked too thick. Don't let my non-committal review deter you. Go there for good food at a good price to soak up local family atmosphere. read more

My roommate got the Reuban and I got the black and bleu burger. We both spilt our sandwiches and shared. This was my first time ever having a Reuban and I tell you what?!?!? If every Reuban tastes like this one did, man I tell you what that thing was DAMN GOOD :) My burger was great too, they did a good job of not overpowering the burger with the bleu cheese. WE will DEFINITELY be giving more money to this place. I would highly recommend y'all make a visit and have either of those meals. The food is bar food. Meaning nothing is great, a few things are good, and the rest is trash. Pizza bread is disgusting, the burgers are okay, the sandwiches are better at Publix. It's a decent little sports bar. The staff is great, bartender and servers do very well to accomidate you and your party. One day while sitting at the bar some girl came up hugged me, put her hands all over me, and acted as if we were family. This was very strange as I did not know this person. Especially in a post covid world, I respect personal space, but this lady acted liked she was my sister or a chick I had a relationship with. Apparently she is the owner's lady, wife, or girlfriend I do not know. Made me very uncomfortable. No other memeber of the staff has ever touched me or hugged me and I know their names. This lady had glasses, dark hair, short in stature, and with an older gentleman with short white hair and glasses. He went behind the bar and was pouring drinks for himself so I assume he was an owner.
