So im just going to step outside the box here and say I'm pretty sure in order to get your takeout order it should take 3 trips to get it. The absolute worst experience ever from this place. After a 30 minute wait we were seated. Then we waited for 20 minutes before our waitress decided to come ask us if we needed drinks and take our order. Drinks came with our food about 20 minutes after that. No silverware until we asked. I would tell you which waitress to avoid, if she bothered to tell us her name. I had coffee, without a single refill offered. I'd steer clear of this IHOP if you are still interested in actually being served. Worst experience we've ever had at IHOP. read more

Well, it's IHOP. What can I say? If you want ALL the calories for your buck -- come here. I will say that over the years, places like IHOP and Denny's have stepped up their game. Several years ago, I wouldn't be able to eat at these establishments without considerable struggle with my server, but now I can order with relative ease. I placed a curbside pickup order this morning. I arrived and called at the quoted time that order was supposed to be ready and was told that I would have to wait 10 minutes because they were very busy. I'm a patient person so waited about 12 minutes before trying to call again. Every time I called I was hung up on or no one answered the phone. In this time, one of the wait staff went out to her van parked right out front and took a 5 minutes smoke break (did she wash her hands after?). Another of the wait staff went out there and talked to her for at least a minute. So after about 15 minutes and no answer on the phone I decided to walk in and get my order. My order was sitting right there on a table getting cold. When I confronted the manager she said she was sorry and was busy and couldn't spare anyone right then. When I confronted her about TWO of her wait staff were on break she called me a liar. If you need more wait staff then pay them more and hire more people. What you REALLY need is a new manager to run this store properly and doesn't lie to customers. read more

Don't get me wrong, I normally love IHOP. This IHOP needs a lot of help. It needs a deep cleaning and better service. It took over an hour to get our food and didn't all come out at the same time - the whole meal came in pieces all the way from the drinks to the food. No water, no silverware, missing waitress. When food finally came, waitress' fingernails were in pancakes. Disgusting!!! Wear gloves!! To top it off, apparently a week ago they switched to paying the waitress vs. taking receipt to the register - no one told me - so when I took receipt to the register I got barked at by another waitress to go back to my table. this IHOP is alright i guess, i have never been to impressed with IHOP and would NEVER go but there is always someone in the group that wants Pumpkin pancakes, or Red Velvet pancakes, or heck just pancakes and you know who you are if your reading this!! :p I just get the oatmeal with all the almonds raisins and such and it is actually really good then get an order of egg whites and try to keep the junk this place can fill you up with off my daily intake. Waited 20 minutes for a table, despite about 6 empty tables just sitting there. I understand, perhaps there were not enough servers. After getting a table, we waited another 20 minutes, and still no one arrived to take our order. I went up and asked if anyone could take our order and one eventually ambled over. Our order was taken at 1050. By 1115, I asked a different server if we could at least have our coffee and another server brought us coffee. Unfortunately, we didn't make it last, because we had no idea that we would not be able to get refills, despite repeatedly asking for them. At 1152, after three times going up and asking if our food would be arriving today, I was told our ticket WAS JUST PULLED and the cooks had STARTED on our order. Fifty minutes waiting and our order had JUST been started. I requested to speak to a manager for the second time, but still no manager appeared. At 1210, the food arrived. Not our order...but food. Out of four orders, two were wrong. Drinks never arrived, except for coffee. Side orders never arrived. My husband ordered a spinach and mushroom crepe. He received a steak and cheese omlette. My son ordered 3 over-easy eggs with 2 bacon strips, no hashbrowns. He received 2 over-easy eggs, one strip of bacon, literally four finger-widths long (about 2inches long) and a sausage. Side orders of pancakes never arrived. My daughter asked for the half-waffle. We were told that our meals were now being held up because they had to cut my daughter's waffle in half; they had made a full one. No one wanted to cut it, so it had been sitting there for several minutes. I spoke to yet another server, insisting on speaking to a manager and commented we had waited an hour from the time of ordering, to the time our food finally arrived. She returned telling me she told the manager who replied, "They waited only an hour? That's a good time! Some of these customers have been waiting an hour and 15 minutes and a few for an hour and a half!" (Direct quote from the manager. Even the server said, "I may be out of line telling you this, but that's unacceptable." You bet it is.) When it came time to pay, we waited 20 min yet still no cheque arrived. I got up, told a server that if a manager did not appear in one minute, we are leaving without paying. A manager appeared and after informing him that I had asked for a manager three times, he said he had FOUR MANAGERS ON DUTY, yet not one could take two minutes to speak to a customer. The manager then offered to not charge me for the items we did not receive. You read that correctly...HE WILL TAKE OFF FOR THE ITEMS WE DID NOT RECEIVE. I advised him that he could comp the meal. He offered to give us a discount. I informed him that he will comp the meal, which he finally did, with a total attitude. He kept insisting it was just a "bad day for them." Then he says he "hopes we return." Not bloody likely, unless I have a full day to kill waiting for screwed up orders. Two servers, as we walked out advised us to call corporate because "that's the only way this will be fixed. This isn't a 'bad day' thing like he said. It's been like this for awhile. Please. Call corporate." UPDATE: Posted this on the IHOP main FB page, where is received some comments recently and received a post from them with a phone number. I called and spoke to Jake, who hung up on me after 5 minutes saying he did not like my attitude and I was too angry. Yeah? That's some awesome customer service. A post I made back in March suddenly starts getting commented on, so you have to act on it and your rep hangs up on me. Real nice, IHOP. read more

Honestly... we didn't even eat here. We were sat after waiting 5 minutes while a waitress sat on her phone, maybe she was on break but at least sit somewhere that's not right in view of people standing and waiting to be helped. We sat down and my husband said "look under the table" and I did. It was absolutely disgusting. It wasn't busy or anything so it's not like someone couldn't have picked up. It looked like it hadn't been swept all day. I'm still itching thinking about the filth. I have worked in the food industry and we had to make sure that if there was a dirty table or group that we swept or vacuumed the area before the next customers were seated. Ew. read more

If I could give less than one star I would, food was ok kinda cold praying that it was cooked good we actually thought about walking out but we hate being rude to the servers. Me and my husband took our kids out after a baseball game the restaurant was extremely filthy it had been raining and the ceiling was leaking in multiple spots so bad that another customer and his daughter left because they were eating and it started to rain on there table there were ceiling tiles that were hanging and falling down most of the lights were out so it was kinda dark. The overhead music was on but the kitchen music was so loud you couldn't hear the overhead. The condiments on the table had no lids and were crusted over with dried food. Waiters you couldn't tell who worked there and who didn't they all had street clothes on and once they dropped the food off you rarely saw them. This place really needs to be shut down and cleaned and repaired. Will not be going back wish I would have taken photos of everything but forgot. read more

We really like this IHOP. Service can be a little slow at times, but in general the food has always been really good and looked just like the menu photos. Staff has always been friendly! Although people say IHOP is expensive, we feel as though the prices are not worse than Denny's. We enjoy coming here late at night when we are craving comfort food. read more

Don't expect fast, and don't expect great. 4 pancakes for kids meals took 20 minutes to make and serve, an omelette took another 5 and was served with the shredded cheese not even melted, and the meat cold. Worst IHOP that I have ever ate at. It took about 15 minutes for the waitress to come take our drink order after we were sat down. That's fine, understandable. The waitress took our order and it took almost an HOUR for our food to come out. Eggs were extremely undercooked. I understand that it gets busy, but it doesn't take much effort to cook some scrambled eggs. The waitress was only apologetic when giving us our tickets. We weren't greeted when we walked through the door. The waitress didn't give us silverware until AFTER we received our food and asked twice. I had the Simple & Fit 2x2x2 (2 eggs, 2 pancakes, 2 bacon), and they brought me a warmed bottle of Butter Pecan syrup upon request. Just the right size and price for a low-cal meal. The 2 scrambled eggs are egg substitute; they are bland so add pepper and salt. The turkey bacon is quite good actually, and I think I would order that normally. I reluctantly stopped in this morning at my son's request, because he loves the food. I say reluctantly because I've eaten at many IHOPs across the US and almost always have a lackluster experience, usually because of bad service. We walked in and were seated right away. The only negative thing I will note is that the greeter was a ridiculous mumbler. "Howmanyyougot?" I'm sorry?? "Youwannakidsmenu?" Huh? Once we were seated, our waitress was quick with our drinks, and made sure we were not ever in need of anything. She was outstanding, and it kills me that I lost the receipt with her name on it. This was the first time i visited this IHOP location and it was a great experience. The waitress we had was very nice and attentive of our needs. The breakfast that my wife and I ordered was hot and delicious. The restaurant was clean and in good repair. During breakfast we overheard the general manager and a lead waitress discussing a new hires performance, I believe that discussion should've been had in the restaurant's back office where other employees and customers wouldn't have been able to hear what they were discussing. Overall the visit was good, the food was delicious and hot, we will pay a visit to this IHOP again. read more

Horrible customer service. They never answer the phone for take out orders and they messed up my order when I went in to get my food. So I had to drive all the way back to IHOP after I had gotten home to pick up the rest of my order. No one seems to want to work and the manger Keith is rude and lazy! Take your business elsewhere. The issue for us at this particular Ihop is not with the food, in fact its pretty good. our problem is the slow service. Today we were the only customers save for one other couple. In my experience, there are good IHOPs and bad IHOPs. At a good IHOP, the dining area is clean and the pancakes taste like they are laced with crack, they're so good. At a bad IHOP, the service is lazy, the clientele is sketchy, and the food edges into downright nasty. Unfortunately, this is a bad IHOP. I have eaten here several times, and the service is always terrible and sometimes even patronizing (who thinks it's ok to call a customer "honey" repeatedly?). Once, I had a good experience with the cheesecake pancakes at a different IHOP, went to this IHOP and ordered the same, and couldn't even recognize them as the same food. Another time we went and my pancakes were raw batter in the middle. Seriously, if you can only do one thing right, aim for your namesake item! read more

We needed a place to eat with enough room for a dozen plus people. We were kinda in a hurry and when we arrived the place was almost empty with more employees walking around than patrons. We were seated, then we waited a couple minutes (longer than necessary) drink orders taken. Then we waited almost 5 mins for our drinks to come out. While we waited for our drinks we were ready to order, no waitress in sight. The manager was walking around wiping off ketchup bottles and other employees were standing around talking. Finally we ordered. We let the waitress know that part of our group was in a hurry and as the food was done just bring it out. Food came out slow. Finally the waitress had some help, people bringing out food... a little too late. We never thought that service could be this slow for how lack of busy they were. You'd think for a place that has room for large groups, they'd also be ready for large groups. Not this location! At least the food tasted good. read more
