As can be seen from the pictures, the floors were last cleaned with a dirty mop as well. If the dining area is this nasty, the kitchen is probably much worse. Went in with my girlfriend to eat lunch. we were seated fairly quick but the service was abysmal. The waiter kept forgetting about us, had to ask several times for things like silverware and syrups. By the time we got our food our coffee was cold and had not been refilled once. At one point another person came to help but Soon got annoyed at the amount of things we needed and went to get our waiter. Asked for a to-go box and our ticket when we finished, and the waiter again forgot and had to ask yet another time. The to-go box was dirty and had old food on the lid. Took the waiter 5 minutes to run my card and bring me my receipt. this has to be the worst service I have ever received at a restaurant period.I'll go to Cabot ihop from now on. read more

Service......slow! Lots of servers, but they were mostly visiting with each other. Our waitress knew my order was incomplete when she brought the rest to the table...said she would be right back...as I finished my meal she came back to inquire if anything else was needed. We pointed out she never completed it to begin with. I told her my meal was now done....she shrugged and walked off and still took several minutes to return with an orphan piece of garlic bread....not my idea of dessert. Vegetables on all plates were undercooked. Omelets were bland and unseasoned. The restaurant was past the noon rush, but it took 40 minutes for lunch to arrive. We usually enjoy IHOP, but the Searcy, AR location is a dud. There are lots of other restaurants in the area. Try one of them instead. We won't be back to this one. read more

My friends and I swore off ever going to this location again last year. I got a coupon on my phone and decided to give it another try. There were three tables full in the entire restaurant and they decided to sit us right on top of them. The waitress was rude and when I told her I had a coupon she rolled her eyes and went and got a manager like I was trying to cause a problem. The manager proceeded to take my phone away from me and take it to the back to inspect my coupon! Then a second manager comes (5 min later) and asked me to unlock my phone so they can continue to look at it. Once they decided my coupon wasn't a fake they brought out our food, which was cold and beyond unsatisfactory. The eggs looked and tasted like styrofoam, my hash browns were burnt but still managed to be cold. All in all this iHop is probably the worst location I have ever been to. read more

Going to IHOP on Sunday morning before leaving town was our favorite part about our stay. We had good service, the restaurant was clean and tidy (although it was super busy during a church rush), and our food was YUMMY. Didn't take pictures because we devoured our plates (literally) but I got the Chicken Florentine Crepes and my boyfriend for the Tuscan Scramble with buttermilk pancakes. We left with smiles and happy tummies. Definitely will be our "go-to" place once we move there. read more

I was traveling on vacation and decided to stop in on my way through town. Was seated and waited 20 minutes to be served. We were one of three tables in the restaurant and counted 8 people waking around or standing in groups and chatting. Other than the person who seated us, no one acted like we existed, took a drink or food order. This is NOTHING like the IHOP's back home. We ended up going across the street to the Ryan's and had a great experience. They didn't have pancakes, but at least they act like they wanted my business. We travel a lot and I-hop is one if our favorite places to visit.. We live close to this location But this SEARCY location is defiantly the worst I-hop we have ever visited ..this restaurants has always been on the slow side but our last visit was very slow and it wasn't even that busy And when we did get our food , it was cold. I ordered the stuffed French toast and the inside was chilled cold and I asked them to heat it up Alittle more . My husband had the steak omelette and it must have sit on counter for the Entire time we waited the inside was room temperature and the cheese on top wasn't even melted.. He didn't send his back but he did t enjoy it because he didn't even eat 1/2 and usually he cleans his plate.. Our waitress was very hard to wave down. This wasn't our first experience with this ihop but is defiantly our last.. Sad because we really enjoy most ihop restaurants .. I am not sure what is going on with this location because it's always has a huge help wanted sign outside and they go thru a lot of employees.. Maybe management? read more
