I ordered the candied jalapeños as well for an upcharge of $1. The jalapeños made the burger amazing! The fries appeared handcut and prepared well with good seasoning. After around 30-40 minutes of sitting at the table, we realized we weren't going to get food from Ivy, so we moved to another server's section. I wish I could remember our second server's name, because she came up to us within maybe 1-2 minutes to ask for our orders and was genuinely so nice to us!! We told her about how rude Ivy had been, and the server apologized and said that apparently Ivy was like that a lot.
