The specials are wrote on a board and the service is great. One of the coolest places you can go to. And I think that might have been our downfall. We went the breakfast route and started with a Cinnamon roll made right on the griddle. It created this crispy char that gave the roll more of a funnel cake texture. Unique, and the icing definitely enhances it (as it does most cinnamon rolls). Their special breakfast sandwich, "The Morning Wake-up" touts a "2x the size English Muffin" and they were not lying. This sandwich had cheese, multiple meats and vegetables, and I needed to take half of it home due to sheer size. What it didn't have... sauce. What it needed... sauce, syrup, aioli or something to lubricate all of those toppings. The breakfast potatoes on the side needed salt/seasoning/sauce, too, to be more to my liking. It was a similar experience with my wife's Reuben and the fries that she ordered; the sandwich had its moments, but it made me wish one of us got a burger like most of the other patrons.

She knew the material front to back and was inclusionary in her vocabulary to make the customer feel appreciated and welcome. We went with a breakfast burger on waffles and the breakfast quesadilla and the service remained top notch. In fact I'd come back for her alone, that's how impressed I was with her. Restaurant was an immaculate and warm eatery offering rich and complex flavors that complimented each other in a very delicate and robust manner. The menu was fun, and the service obviously was a slam dunk. Will be coming back in next time I'm this way and hopefully get to experience the dinner side of this amazing location.

She was hesitant to choose this place at first because she wanted more options than just burgers/sandwiches. Thankfully we found some Google images of the menu that had rice bowls. Friend ordered a salmon rice bowl and I ordered their famous donut burger. I thought the donut was a little too small and skinny for the price at $14. Also, this is a big kicker--no fries or sides! Within the burger, just a square of Kraft cheese, some bacon, smash burger type patty (2) but no onions, tomatoes or even cucumbers (or pickles). The value is just not it for this. Did it taste good? It did but I needed more of a crunch. Just 1 or 2 slices of raw onion would've been good. Oooooh or like crispy haystack onion straws would be perfect. Server said fries were an additional $5. Okay, no thanks! The place was really loud. It echoed slightly and just the clientele were extremely rowdy on a non-holiday Wednesday evening. It took a while to get seated, for server to even come over to take our order and to request our check. Not very impressed with the experience.

Let's start with the pancake balls. The signature dish is absolutely out of this world. You can get them filled with Nutella, dulce de leche or Apple/Pumpkin butter. These little morsels of goodness are worth the trip alone. We also had the Pueblo BLT Sammy with the sweet and spicy bacon (that's right this is a thing that must be tried to be believed). This sandwich was so good and don't sleep on the homemade citrus aioli - outstanding. Our table also had the hens in a basket. Eggs cooked perfectly and the bread had a sweetness to it that made it just right. OUTSTANDING FOOD! And we will be back

Exactly what I was in the mood for and perfectly cooked. The hot vanilla tea was good also- Its a bit noisy inside but I'd like to try more food.
