Table piled with dirty plates, glasses, etc.
    Grace M.

We went in for a quick brunch and ordered as soon as we sat down (just a simple stack of plain buttermilk pancakes and fried chicken). Our silverware was dirty. We proceeded to wait for an hour while the table next to us that was sat 40 minutes after us ordered the exact same thing we did and was served within 10 minutes of ordering. Our waitress nearly cried when we left because none of her tables were receiving their orders. Also, there was no one actually bussing tables. The wait staff cleared all of the dirty dishes onto one table which was disgusting. We will not be back.

We keep giving them another chance and they keep failing. First they brought the wrong drink and I waited 20 minutes for a replacement. I ordered the egg white omelet and it was a mess. It was also missing the tomatoes and avocado (which they didn't have). Bacon was not crisp at all. The other order was a chicken fajita omelet and it was half the size it normally was. You used to be able to take home half of anything you ordered, not anymore. We have got to stop giving them anymore chances!!!!

Excellent service, good food, and a clean environment. Ruby was our waitress and did a great job. I would recommend dropping by if you're hungry and in the area.

First time visiting this location and we didn't have a bad experience. Customer service was good from the time we entered until we left. The food came out hot which is a plus. Nothing special to discuss but no complaints so 4 stars for this visit.

I'm reviewing as an early morning diner (my fiancé and I go between 3am to 5am) we've been I think 5 times but this morning (August 23, 2024) the food was the best.

I go to the restaurant early and used the restroom, then went to the takeaway counter to pay my bill (I chose "pay at restaurant" instead of paying immediately online). This is where things went bonkers. Apparently, if you order online but pay in person, they add an enormous amount of fees. Credit card fees, facility fees as well as mandatory 15% tip. Nothing against the worker, but I refuse to pay 15% tip for carry out food. I approached the manager to express my displeasure and concern. He tried to explain things, but it made absolutely zero sense. He said the machine/software they use automatically adds those fees when you order online but pay in person. I asked if I could cancel the order and go to the bar to order, and he said the fees would still apply. The ONLY solution, he said was to reorder online and pay online. What kind of sense does that make? Why is it more expensive to place a to-go order in person than online? Be that as it may, he canceled my order, and I resubmitted online without the fees. The fees brough my order to $92 (from $77, mind you). It is a complete disgrace and abomination how their system works, but the manager was very accommodating and corrected the issue. The food was really good as well. We got salmon and two chicken dishes and they were all great. The asparagus was horrid, but the other sides were quite tasty. Giving five stars for the customer service but would give ZERO stars for the online ordering experience. Do your due diligence!!!

She was personable, efficient, and made sure we received our food in a timely manner. The ribeye was perfectly cooked, but very under-seasoned or not at all. I've never had to add salt to my steak at a restaurant. Asparagus garnish was crunchy and plain. Fries were fresh and crispy. Also tried the chicken tenders (crunchy, juicy, and delicious!) and Scottsdale chicken (juicy, tender, flavorful). Ribs were overcooked.

The atmosphere was probably my favorite part--casual enough for a quick brunch but still nice enough for a day-date. Our server was friendly and checked on us several times without being overwhelming. We waited about 15 minutes for our food, which felt reasonable for how busy they were. Definitely somewhere I'd come back to. I'd recommend it if you're looking for a relaxed brunch with good food and friendly service. You don't have to join the waitlist but I'd recommend it!

This location does not serve alcohol as compared to the Woodruff Road location a few miles north. So, if that's your thing for brunch, it's another 10 minutes up the road. They have a wide selection here of both sweet and savory items. Bowls, hashes, wraps, and of course the Million Dollar Bacon (for an extra $3 if you order a breakfast entree). I had the classic with grits. Let's talk about grits. They use Bob's Red Mill yellow corn grits, which are coarse ground, served with butter, and they are pretty good! I'm picky about folks overly creaming or over cheesing their grits. These were cooked so that the creaminess comes from the corn, in part, and they were not gummy. I substituted the grits for the potatoes on the Classic. That's two cage free eggs, four slices of bacon, and whole grain thick sliced toast. You can have smoked ham or turkey or pork sausage links or chicken sausage patties and gluten free bread is also available (no charge to substitute). So they are really going for the healthier options and conscience of providing good choices. My eggs were correctly done over medium. My buddy had turkey sausage biscuits and gravy, two eggs and grits. Coffee is decent, and they set a carafe on the table as well as a milk jug/wine carafe of cold water. I believe the entrees were around $14 each. The service was fine, we sat for a while after eating without being rushed. This is a solid breakfast, especially for those who would like a larger variety of options. Three stars is good, four stars is amazing. It was good, but not amazing, however I definitely will eat here again.

Hubby had the spaghetti bolognese with 2 meatballs & house salad with ranch dressing. We shared the calamari appetizer. Food was delicious! I had a glass of Cab and hubby had iced tea. So good! Plenty of seating at 5:30 on a Saturday. I made a reservation through Resi, but there issues with it; no worries, we were seated right away. In the future, I will call in my reservation. My only critique would be the quality of the flatware. It was straight out of Dollar Tree quality; didn't match the ambiance of the place. I would love to see them upgrade the flatware in the future.

The restaurant features plenty of windows, a covered patio, and a spacious main dining and bar area. The vibe is very casual and chill. We ordered Chicken Piccata and a shrimp pasta dish, both of which come with a salad. Bread with olive oil is also available upon request. While the salads were just meh, the Chicken Piccata was excellent. The shrimp dish, however, was a bit heavy on the sauce. It's a nice spot to unwind, though be prepared for longer wait times for your entrees. Our server was friendly and attentive. As we were leaving, we enjoyed the start of a two-man country band that sounded great!
