This is the best IHOP I've ever been to. Every dish was made with love and to perfection. Freshness of every ingredient was noticeable from start to finish and even the syrup dispensers were clean, something I've never seen at any other IHOP. I will not ever eat or order food to go from this location again. I am very unimpressed with the employees of this location. I called to order food to go for my office and when i called in at 12:25pm I was put on hold for 11 minutes while i listened to the workers chit chat about life. After holding and trying to get the attention of someone by talking loudly into the phone, the line was disconnected. I was very irritated and i tried to call back, the line was busy. I got in my car and headed over there to order in person knowing i would have to wait, but decided to try to call again, a lady answered " hello" not by the business name but just a urgent hello, I stated I wanted to order food to go and she said "ok hold" I said NO, I won't be put on hold another 10 minutes then to be hung up on and she said ok and took my order. Once I arrived I said to her i need to make sure that there are 2 small containers of extra strawberry syrup she said yes it's all in the bag, and gave me an attitude,i was beyond angry but just smiled and kept my mouth shut.. I should have looked...... Got back to the office and when we opened the bag and had no syrup, and a very small container for the strawberries for the pancakes.. Give me a break what a cheap company, you get more strawberries when you order in and get ripped off when you order out. You don't even get the powdered sugar on top of the pancakes like yo do when you eat it.. I will never order out from this IHOP.. You would think they would have better service being right off the interstate and across from a truck stop. Where thousands of travelers daily might like to stop and have breakfast. The atmosphere isnt as comfortable as what I am used to at an IHOP. The waitress was nice but obviously busy with side chores. I ordered the regular breakfast with the pineapple upside down pancakes. The food came out prompt and waitress dropped it off. It had extra whip cream loke I asked, but it should have been on a side dish not on the actual pancake. The whip cream slid off the pankcakes onto the table because it was melting. She had to bring me some extra napkins and whip cream in a bowl, but that messed up the syrup on my pancakes that comes on them. Then we had to ask for ketchup and wait for her to bring it back. Lastly, the bill was wrong and had to be corrected. It sat there for a while before she returned to pick it up. The restroom was not adequate, there is a 1 person restroom for women. I've never seen that before at an IHOP. I had to wait for two other women ahead of me and when I came out there were 2 more waiting again. I would not return to this establishment. read more

Disgusting, this place is dirty the waitresses try to rush you and apparently can't get the simplest order right. My fiancé ordered a waffle with strawberries and got a plain waffle, I ordered the new York style cheesecake pancakes and got strawberry ones that were under cooked. The only good thing I can say was that their hash browns were perfect, but this place is super over priced for getting the wrong food and undercooked food at that. read more

I want to start by saying I have worked in the industry for well over six years and am very lenient on restaurants. I did also almost do this to myself for ordering a steak at IHOP but it seemed better than fast food / Waffle House and the only option left for food at these hours. Only come here if you're okay with being disappointed. Order something impossible to mess up. My mother, father and I asked for Bleu Cheese Sirloins and the waitress brought Stake Tips. The waitress seemed flustered upon bringing this to her attention so dad ate his anyway because he was hungry. My mother's salad didn't come out due to a misunderstanding of "no dressing" being confused as "no salad" but this was fixed when we brought it up. Some time later our "correct" stakes came out but the waitress forgot my side of avocado and my Medium Rare was brought out WELL- not medium well or even the slight less hint of pink, just grey lifeless steak. Ruined. It was supposed to come out with a side of broccoli as listed on the menu and there was corn on the plate which I'm not a fan of. I brought this up to the waitress attention and she didn't know what to do. I asked that she at least take it back to the kitchen to bring it to their attention. By now my appetite was gone but I knew my options weren't gonna get better so I ate what I could. I had to ask the waitress to refill my water for the first time after sitting with an empty glass for at least 15 minutes. The waitress meant well but she had not been properly trained. As for the kitchen, I blame them for most of my complaints for the night. Learn the menu and serve what is rang up. read more

Absolutely disgusting. The bathrooms were foul. Urine all over the place. Sink so filthy it looks as though it has not been cleaned in at least a week. Smelled like a port a pot on that side of the restaurant. Dirt and dust hanging from the discolored ceiling tiles. The staff was rude. Floors filthy with food and trash everywhere. No star! Nadda. This looks like a suspicious, sketchy place as seen in a film such as natural born killers or something of the sort. First off- I tried to call ahead as we were traveling down 75s and we were both ready to be back home, but our desire for a crepe also was coming into play, so we thought time it out so that 10 min before arriving there (thank you Siri) we could have crepes awaiting us. Nina(sores all over her face, very argumentative, and has the look of someone on meth.) says she will not do that. Perhaps this restaurant is just a front. Shady situation as hotel is linked right next door. No one / except the described Nina was seen in restaurant and yet several cars noted at "hotel". Hmmm? Do not go or even stop at this exit. Wildwood is just a bit too wild for my style and not the atmosphere that I would ever feel comfortable or wish to be exposed. Stay away. read more

Two thumbs down! Don't bother with this place. ....$4.78 for 2 cups of coffee???. Light, fluffy pancakes...not here!, more like thin and chewy. The scrambled eggs looked and tasted like the kind you pour out of a carton. You will be better off going to the Waffle House. At least you can see them cook your food there. read more

I would give no stars to be honest but. The service is terrible they are not attentive at all. The food is mediocre at best. The menu is to small not a very good selection. And how can you have a breakfast place and not have country fried steak and eggs on the menu or biscuits and gravy. IHOP in Inverness has the worst service they won't even wipe the table off. We are sitting among 6 and bus tables we have been waiting on them to wipe airtable off 30 minutes and they still haven't. There are only five customers in here and we cannot get nothing that we need. They need to hire some help or do something to improve their customer service here or they should close the doors. Best ihop I've ever been to. Very pleasant and efficient service. Everyone made eye contact from as soon as we entered to when we left. Very friendly and attentive staff. One of the best waitresses I've literally ever had. Made sure we were taken care of but not intrusive at all. Very respectful. I usually hate ihop because the food is greasy or not well-prepared and the syrups are a mess, the restaurant is usually filthy, and staff seems to not care, but not here. This place was impeccably clean (esp the syrups), the food was super fresh, and very tasty. I had the Californian scramble, roasted red potatoes (without peppers and onions) and pancakes. The avo was so fresh. Perfect amount of salsa. Pancakes and potatoes were perfect. Wish I took a picture. Very pleased. read more

I eat here about 8-10 times a week and let me tell you, the food is great. I've had most of their menu (which changes today yay!) several times and I don't recall anything I didn't like. My favorite is the cheese sticks. They're absolutely delicious! All the staff are very friendly and always greet me when I come in. A lot of places I frequent will usually let service slide because they assume I'm a regular, i'll come back anyways, but the staff here never have. They treat me like a first time customer that they're still trying to win over but still try to take the time and talk to me. I come in at off times when it's really slow and i'm typically the only person in there so they'll come by and talk to me and ask how's things. At the same time there are times where I go in with a comic to read and just want some quiet time and they respect that and give me my space. Really is a great place and i'm going to miss it when i leave in a couple weeks. read more
