I have worked with many handyman services and to be honest, most of them are good but not great. They do a decent job and sometimes they can't finish the job and then what? I didn't find Hideki, my wife did. I tried the usual Yelp searches and called a few. I filled out request forms and then never got a call back. One of them insisted that all I needed was a tool. Despite knowing the tool wouldn't work, I bought it anyway and of course the tool didn't work. In the meantime, my wife was talking to Hideki. He was a good communicator and he agreed to come by. When we asked him if he could correct a mistake the builders of the home we own made with one of the toilets and how its incorrectly connected to the hot water pipe, he was honest and said he couldn't because he is not a licensed plumber.
