I have worked with many handyman services and to be honest, most of them are good but not great. They do a decent job and sometimes they can't finish the job and then what? I have to finish it myself or hire someone else. Most of them don't return calls. You would be amazed how many don't return calls. I mean simple communication goes a long way. I didn't find Hideki, my wife did. I tried the usual Yelp searches and called a few. I filled out request forms and then never got a call back. One of them insisted that all I needed was a tool. Despite knowing the tool wouldn't work, I bought it anyway and of course the tool didn't work. In the meantime, my wife was talking to Hideki. He was a good communicator and he agreed to come by. I told him the job would be tough but he did it and he did GREAT. Now that I let you guys know about him, I hope he doesn't get so busy that he will be unavailable.
