My son asked for his hair to be thinned out, but very little was actually cut, and what was cut looked choppy and uneven. What upset me even more was how the situation was handled afterward. When I called the shop calmly to explain what happened, I spoke directly with the owner, who was extremely rude and immediately blamed my son, saying the haircut was "his fault" and "not their problem." There was no professionalism, accountability, or attempt to correct the situation. Everyone makes mistakes, but the way customers are treated matters.
