Anyway, we rode up to Kirks and one of the service guys was standing out on the sidewalk by the door. He asked what we needed and we showed him the wheel. He immediately took the bike in and pulled the wheel to true it up. He wasn't able to true it (okay, maybe I more than SLIGHTLY clipped it...). About 20 minutes later they had a new wheel installed and we were on our way. The price was very fair and it was great that they were able to fix it while we waited. They really took care of us!

He asked if we were looking for anything specific, showed us to the machine we wanted, and checked the warehouse to confirm that they had the exact model and color we wanted. He directed us to the counter to do the paperwork and gave my son a Serta stuffed sheep (which he loved!). Brant thoroughly explained the cost of everything (PS: the prices are very good!) and scheduled delivery for the following day. The delivery men were polite, professional, and respectful of our home. They called when they were on their way, as requested. They removed the old machine, installed the new one, and made sure everything was in working order before they left. All in all, our experience was excellent, and we will definitely remember Myers for our future furniture and appliance needs!

Her fitting was with Josh, who really took the time to carefully measure her feet and talk to her about what kind of skating she wanted to be doing. The skates aren't inexpensive by any means, but they're sturdy and will last her a long time--and she's been able to progress her skills by upgrading to "real" skates rather than the under $75 kind we originally got her from a local sporting goods store.
