I get a call at 4/21 at 6:53PM asking to reschedule my appointment because they are remodeling I asked how long the remodeling has been going on they said 2 weeks. So I was given an appointment knowing they wouldn't be available and not given notice until it was too late for me to make other arrangements they had 2 WEEKS to make me aware so I could be seen elsewhere and waited till the end of the day the night before to let me know they wouldn't not see me. This was completely unprofessional and unacceptable as work scheduling isn't always easy to change. I found it unacceptable and a disrespect to my time.

We had visited two practices for surgery for our child prior to finding Dr. Clark, and the prior practices did not do nearly as much to explain the issues and assist us with finding a solution. Not only was the staff able to treat my daughter in a manner that did not scare her, they were even able to take x-rays' This is a feat when you consider she is a young child. The staff also guided us to a program that would dramatically reduce the cost of care. Lastly, as we were leaving, they gave my daughter a prize, which made her trip to the dentist a memorable one. Dr. Clark's practice is truly one of a kind.

I normally wait 15 minutes past my appt time. I have become accustomed and expect it. We have used both Dr Wright and Dr Sullivan. My oldest child has a serious phobia of going to DDS. They are very accommodating and seem to put the best staff with him. The hygienist today was very nice and answered his 20 questions about every piece of equipment and what was going to happen. She took her time with him and was able to get his teeth clean and xrays. The DDS checked xrays and put fluoride on his teeth. We completely done with visit in just over 1 hour. Both DDS are nice and are conservative and don't push a lot of extras on you.
