The tonkotsu ramen and gyoza were good. The California roll was like an avacado roll with barely any crab! They probably could use a fifth of the avacado and it would be so much better. There is no cucumber in the California roll which maybe that's just local to the area, but I've never had a California roll without cucumber. It wasn't bad, it's just completely overpowered by avocado. The outside seating is nice and the interior has good seating too. Outside seating has a hose with several water mists! There are no menus inside, so make sure you take a look on the window menus before you go inside. Service was fast, you get a pager when your food is ready and pick it up at the counter. I ordered California rolls and the shoyu ramen. The California roll was a big chunk of avocado and very little crab. But my main issue was the shoyu ramen. It's served with a hot cup of Miso soup. I did try the volcano version once and was not a fan. Honestly get what you pay for. Cheap ramen and sushi at great prices! The front desk lady was very nice. However that's where the good stops. Sushi is poorly rolled. We got the philly and ninja roll. The salmon and tuna tasted like it's been sitting out all day out of temperature. Weird smell coming from it as well which should have been my first sign to not trust it. We also got the Miso and Shoyu ramen. Ramen had no depth of flavor. Any ramen enthusiast that understands the cooking of Ramen can tell a ramen that was cooked fast vs a loved and cared for one. Pork had no flavor and the broth tasted flat. No real sitting inside either. This seems to be meant for quick cheap ramen to go which isn't necessarily a bad thing but the inside ambience just felt loud and cluttered. We sat outside which is just cheap steel patio tables and chairs that are filled with dust and debris. I would not recommend this place unless you're okay with mediocre food for a small price. Well I was excited to give this place a try but I was very disappointed. The sushi my girlfriend and I got was very salty and it salmon tasted like canned salmon.
