This store is always well stocked. They have a large selection of beauty supplies. I usually go for bundles and wigs. All of the popular selections are here. They keep the wigs in the back and you tell them what you want. Prices are good and they are friendly. The location is convenient for me too. read more

The owners and employees of this store seem racist and unwelcoming. they watched me while I shopped and the cashier lady kept giving me looks like she was suspicious. following me around the store. I was looking at nails and lashes and could see her staring through my soul from my peripheral lol. They make a living selling products for black and brown people and then treat them like criminals. If give a zero stars I would. If you are thinking of going to this place...DONT. I repeat...DONT go! They accused me of stealing. After I made a legit purchase...kept my bag of products and threatened to call the police! I called the police myself. They eventually let me out because I in fact did not steal anything! While in there several other women came to my defense and even confirmed that they had seen this done several other times to other people! I will NEVER EVER give them my money ever again! read more

They pretty much have almost everything you need for beauty. However, I would give this a lower score if I was able to. I was in here looking for some extensions, and they told me not to look at my phone. I'm sorry, but texting is my own business. They treated me like I was looking for trouble. I responded to them in the most respectful way, but I still had an uneasiness and discomfort of being in their store. I felt like I wasn't welcomed. Overall, their store has great products, however the workers/owners customer service is insulting. I'm a cancer patient and I have been going to this place since September of 2018. I have purchased 6 wigs from them over time and numerous products. I purchased a wig on 5-29-19 and I kept the tags on it and everything. The color was to dark and I wanted to exchange it for a lighter color but the clerk would not let me. I was also going to buy some more items. The clerk pointed to a sign which was at floor level that is not noticeable to customers. No refunds or exchanges. The clerk wouldn't make eye contact with me and just pointed to the sign. So, I disputed the charges. I will not refer my friends, family or the numerous cancer patients I know to this location. I will not be back to purchase any other item. They lost a customer because they are selfish and that's the way they want to run their business. I will also donate his wig to an Oncology center. At least I can have a positive out of it. So, yeah, these guys have seen me in this store before and this last visit wasn't very nice so, Bye and no referrals from me. I love this place! Really clean and organized. The staff knows what theyre talking about. Only thing i didnt like was that it was hidden from the main street so it was a bit difficult to find, but its pretty obvious when you're going to the wal-mart right next door. RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!! Went in looking for wigs, I am cancer patient and wanted some wigs for while I have no hair. I was followed around the store like I was going to steal fake hair. After trying on several wigs but not even halfway through their selection, I was told I could only try on 3 and that I needed to pay a dollar for wig cap. I explained that I wanted more than one wig and wanted to try different styles. Losing my hair is already traumatic enough as it is. The owner was rude to me and said to leave when I was explaining what I was doing and why I was taking so long. I will never go there and do not recommend doing business with someone who could be mean to someone who has cancer. read more

If I could give it zero stars I would. I went in to buy supplies to do my first at home Brazilian wax. Found everything I needed, went home and proceeded the process. As soon as I got done I went to put on the after cream. Well the bottle ikon beauty supply sold me was empty. I suffered until the next day when I could return it to the store and get what I paid for. Well the rude Chinese owner/manager, said he wouldn't exchange it, claiming I used it all! I had just bought it that evening prior. He was anything but friendly, and anything but understanding. So much for a family owned business. I will stick to a chain from now on! Sally beauty supply. You should be ashamed of yourself ikon beauty. Very rude costumer service. I left the empty product there, so I'm sure mr costumer service will be putting the empty bottle of Gigi's Brazilian wax after cream back on the shelf to make another 9 bucks. read more
