Even when I only need to cut the ends a little bit, I always see whether or not it's done professionally. I have been going to Kote himself for several times, and I must say - the guy knows hair. He is a pro in every aspect of his job. You can tell right away that he's been in business for a long time and his professional experience is not a question. Yesterday I went to him to dye my hair. I loved how he was careful not to damage it (I had virgin hair, and was afraid to get all dry and lifeless look). Kote was super careful and explained to me how the chemicals work to hair and what should I do to keep my hair beautiful while dying it. I also had a hair cut. The results are amazing!!! Love the atmosphere in the place as long as Kote and his professional team. Thank you guys!!!

She is the champion of the hair competition in Europe. We did an appointment only in 2 weeks. She is so busy which is good. Natali has consistently done an excellent job on my hair! I initially went to her for a haircut...it was my first time cutting my hair shorter and she did an AMAZING job. I loved it and got so many compliments on the look. I had my hair cut, colored, conditioned and blow dried by the wonderful lead master and renowned hair stylist Natali. Natali has an amazing eye for a right hair color for my skin tone. She offered me to color my hair lighter, and I agreed. Having the right hair color makes your image complete. My new hair style is simply awesome! Natalie's sweet, funny and warm personality deserves a special mentioning. Several hours of my treatment went like a moment. Absolutely awesome! My friend recommended me to try Kote Beauty house. So I went there for mini facial. The service I received was definitely beyond my expectations. Licensed esthetician Ramzi has magic hands, she was doing very relaxing and at the same time energizing massage for my face. I have to say it is a spacious salon in the heart of Beverly Hills with reasonable prices where you can have all services done for hair, nails, skin, you can even do some clothes shopping there as well. It was very easy to set an appointment and they open 7 days week. Highly recommend to check them out. read more

Found this really cool place with a friends referral, she comes here for the past 2 years. I came with an issue, my hair was super damaged after highlighting (I went to some place in Dallas) so, I was greeted by super friendly couple (owners) Natalia and Kote! Natalia performed a very nice haircut and blow out, very professional, you can tell she knows what she does, will definitely come back! I asked her if I shall do highlights again and she said no, which I really appreciated because she didn't try to sell me more services and authentically cared for my hair's health. I did my flawless manicure with Julia. I recommend her for you as well. Come and get your nails done here ladies. I'll include pictures so you can see. The founder, Kote, has won multiple awards in hairstyling competitions around the world and has been a judge in world competitions for the past six years. She assessed my hair and decided what to do (we ended up removing 50% of the extensions -- the previous salon had added too much hair so she could charge me for more hair, which was one of the reasons I ended up looking like I was wearing a wig). My hair appear fragile and uneven, and my hair feels significantly thinner since this appointment. I can't even run my fingers through it .......it feels extremely dry, rough, and damaged. During styling, I also received a burn on my ear from her curling iron. When I raised concerns about the color result. It was dismissed rather than addressed. She told me it was impossible to get my roots bright blonde with regrowth this long....... after already charging me extra for the double process and assuring me it could be done. This service was performed by Jaime, the owner. I am now left with breakage in the back, damaged hair, and yellow roots.

When I arrived, there was no staff available to perform the service, which was my first disappointing experience. My second appointment (hair) was scheduled over the phone, where I clearly explained that I have very long hair and asked for a price estimate in advance. The price was confirmed, but when I arrived, it was suddenly increased significantly after they saw my hair. Because of this lack of transparency, I chose not to proceed. I also want to clearly state that I never asked anyone for money to remove my review. I never contacted the business outside of normal booking communication and I do not use WhatsApp for anything related to this business. This accusation is completely false and very concerning. I simply shared my honest experience as a customer. It is disappointing to see a business respond with accusations instead of professionalism and accountability. The staff was very helpful and friendly over the phone to find the right stylist for me to book with, and even got me into an opening that happened to open up the next day. I texted with Rebecca, the stylist I would be seeing, and she was straight forward and easy to communicate with. When I got to the salon, it got even better. Rebecca is so nice, and it was clear she knows what she's doing with hair, specifically with blonde coloring and cuts. We had a brief consultation to discuss more in detail what had been discussed over text. She understood exactly what I wanted, gave me a break down of her plan, and confirmed again the price and time frame, both of which were very reasonable. She offered me something to drink as she got things ready with the color. Throughout the appointment, she was asking me questions to get to know me, seemed genuinely interested, and seemed like a friend. It was clear she not only is good at her work, but she enjoys it. My hair was done pretty close to the time frame she gave initially, and it was a reasonable time frame for what we were doing. And very important- my hair is AMAZING! She did exactly what I asked. I am so happy with it! But even so, she made sure I knew she wanted me to love my hair, so to let her know if after living in it I needed anything to be adjusted. I mean come on, what more could you ask for- perfect hair, and made sure I felt I could reach out with adjustments if needed- which brings extra peace of mind. When we finished everything, she gave me a hug and still seemed genuinely happy. She had another appointment right after, but did not make me feel brushed off even to the end of the experience. All around, Rebecca and Studio Three are a blessing. It's rare to find a stylist and salon that do excellent work and also make it a genuinely wonderful experience in every aspect.

I told them…read moreI had I perm done and I couldn't handle bleach in my hair or it would severely damage my hair and I wouldn't be able to go back to get my roots redone. The owner promised that she would only add tint but it isn't bleach. She bleached it anyway. For partial highlights, they charged me $400 and she saved the color she used in the system so I can come back in 3 weeks for a root touch up. The whole point of me getting a root melt was so that my natural color can grow in. I cried to them immediately after over the phone and they said they do not offer ANY refunds even if I claim they burned my hair (which they did, and now have so many flyaways) they only offer fixes. I told them I didn't trust them to fix my hair since they completed disregarded what I said in the first place. And on the phone, he laughed at me for suggesting that rootmelts make salon visits less frequent. He even asked me what a root melt was. So I went back for a fix and they recorded me when I sat down on the chair without my consent. I told them to do a root melt and that my natural hair was dark brown. He said so level 3 ? I didn't even know what that meant I'm not a colorist, he didn't even show me the color chart. The result was a near black shade. The aftermath? My hair was four different colors- grey, brown, black, and green. After going to another salon to fix their mess (a color correction costing an additional $300) they said this salon should have understood color theory, this is basic knowledge that any salon should know. Don't come here. They don't know what their doing, they don't understand what root melts are, they don't understand color theory, they'll damage your hair, they won't give you a refund, and they don't listen to your requests. Oh ! And they will record you without your consent when you need a revision and will set you up by saying color levels without reference to color charts. Every salonist I spoke with was appalled and the job they did, questioned their license status, and was dissapointed in their lack of professionalism. I added the photos so you can see what they did. These were taken right after the salon. The brassy photo was from the first time and the other two are from the second visit. I had to blurr my face for how much I was crying.

So at this moment I was a loyal client and would go to her in the future. Now some things slipped through the cracks while making my appointment. A couple months back I was ready to make a change and reach out a couple of time via phone and in person and the lack of communication failed. No biggie, I wanted to get my hair done here and nowhere else. Thought third time would be the charm so I stopped in person again and saw the owner Lidia. I mentioned that I was ready for a change and discussed what I wanted, I also asked for her colleague because even tho I had paid for a senior stylist her assistant at the time helped me ol half of the time. Again I did not say anything even after being hosed down during our first session. Decided to let it go. Well I indeed asked if she was available since I knew her as well and knew her prices were slightly different. However I was advised that they were actually the same. They did advise me they had someone knew with lower prices if I were interested. I was happy they were expanding but as I mentioned I was loyal to the person who already doing my hair. I had built a relationship and I was satisfied with the work being done. I requested to be booked with Lidia for my service. Now I know she's not there all the time so we can to coordinate a date where she was here on a weekend. I even requested a quote just so I would have an idea. Done! And received a confirmation. I had to reschedule and booked out for a month later. However the day before my services I received an email and saw a name I did not recognize. So I decided to text and confirm. I was advised that it was not with the owner but with a junior stylist because I had requested someone with lower prices. I was confused because I never asked, I was informed but because I didn't know her I was not comfortable moving forward with her. I then began receiving messages that if I didn't show then I would be charged, oh and the owner was not there so she wouldn't be the one doing my hair. I would however have the person (whom I don't know) do my hair because I "requested them". I tend to be clear, I don't know where the miscommunication came from. I've even received an original email that I was booked with the owner. I requested a call because I know I would never book with someone that I'm not comfortable and now have to be stuck in with. A lot of back and worth which wasn't leading anywhere. Neither of us felt that we were in the wrong, I was told I can book with the owner when she is in but at this moment I felt so uncomfortable and would be so awkward that I'd rather lose business with. I felt there was no accountability taken and I was convinced that I would be charged if I didn't show up with my appointment with someone I did not book.
