Love this deli!! I've tried sandwiches, salads, sides and beyond and am never disappointed. The owners are kind, always there, and treat everyone like family. It's close to work, so I love to stop in for lunch when I get a minute to do so. Just had the most slamming-ness Italian sub in a long time. Cold cuts are fresh and bread even better! The only minimal compliant specific to me is how they stack the cold cuts on the sandwich. There was only one other customer there -- and when they were taken care of, not one of the staff acknowledged my presence. No one said, "can we help you?" I was really fiending for a really good sandwich so I opened up my trusty yelp app and began searching the general area and found Il Classico. It sits in a strip mall on rt 46w, with plenty of sandwich options; it has pizzeria as well as a bagel shop both of which make sandwiches. This place was bumping, it was totally packed all the tables were occupied and the line was five deep, but the operation being the well oiled machine that it is smacks out great sandwiches in a breeze and the line moved quite quickly for that reason. I placed my order, a roast beef with lettuce, tomato, white American and oregano, grabbed a boylans root beer and grabbed a seat. A few minutes later they brought my sandwich over to my table. The roast beef was cooked nicely to the right rareness and they were quite generous with the offering. The shop has a simple but solid sandwich menu, with many Italian American style sandwiches to choose from. The crowd was rather eclectic on the day I visited from laborers/construction workers, suits and ties and moms with their kids. Overall this is a great sandwich shop/deli. read more

These guys have been at this for a long time and it shows. The entire staff works efficiently as a cohesive team and are both professional and courteous. There are so many critical factors that go into running a successful deli and not the least of which is the excellent food and combining the the right quantities of each so that the taste of your meal explodes with flavor and satisfaction.
