The view is nice when it's not cold and cloudy.

I have stayed here at least 10 times. The customer service is always great, the maids are friendly and helpful when you ask for something off their carts. I wish, being that it's a casino, it was less kid friendly. I want to use the pool but every time I come it's packed with screaming children and I am not interested. Would be nice to have a 21+ only pool, hot tub and bar area, or even kid free hours. I came several times and have yet to enjoy the pool. The tv's are big and nice but stuck in cinema mode, which is awful. Makes everything look fake. Wish they would let us play with setting's so we can make it where we like it. You can log in to your Netflix which is nice and it will auto log you out when you leave, however they should add more apps because you cannot watch the other major ones or cast anything from your phone to the tv. I am glad they added some room service options as when it's late night or I am in my pj's and decide I want something to eat I don't have to change. There is a mini fridge in the room but no microwave, kind of a bummer since you bring leftovers from dinner to your room and have no way to heat them up later. The coffee machine is a nice touch, although I prefer to go downstairs to the cafe and grab a coffee. They need to add garbage cans in the toilet area if they expect people to not to flush feminine hygiene products. There is one in the bathroom but not in the toilet area and no where to set anything which can lead to a mess or inconvenience. Overall it's a wonderful hotel, I have stayed many times and never seen any mess or had any real issues. If road noise bugs you you will not want the Mountain View.

Beautiful hotel in Ridgefield. Best casino hands down. Very clean, staff is friendly. Feels very upscale. Rooms give a Vegas high end feel but better with PNW and Cowlitz tribe flair. Would highly recommend. Rooms can be very pricey is the only down side.

I paid 619.00 for a room with a view. The third floor. View out my window. Nice room but to change this much a room with a view of a roof is crazy. Never again

*Makes jackpot lottery gambling noise* I stayed here on a Sunday evening for my birthday, and really loved the rooms! The beds and pillow are super comfortable and my room on the 14th floor had a view of St. Helens on a sunny day! The room had double sinks, nice toiletries, and nice shower. There is also plenty of modern touches and plugs/USB plugs. There is plenty of space to relax and unwind, and nice table and glassware for a drink or snack. I think the hotel is very nice and separate enough from the casino to relax and enjoy the area but close enough as well to easily make a night out of it. The pool is a little bit of an awkward layout in my opinion but I do appreciate the nice bar, and they were playing great fun music the entire day too. There is plenty of outdoor seating but you feel very cut off from the pool and any views. Drinks at the bar are somewhat pricey so maybe bring your own!

But we couldn't have asked for a better experience than the one Boris and Lisa provided us with at Lewis River Bed and Breakfast. This place has breathtaking views along the water and a deck from which to watch the sunrise and sunset while eating any of your meals. Our hosts went out of their way to cater to us and add those special touches throughout the room, in the main house, and when eating. For example, when we were trying to decide what to have for dinner, Lisa provided us with menus and helpful descriptions of local food offerings. We got pizza delivered and Lisa had chilled a bottle of wine for us to enjoy while we sat outside and took in the view. And breakfast was to die for with French toast with fresh berries and syrup, bacon, fresh melon, eggs, juices... this is a place I would love to visit again and look forward to seeing our wonderful hosts again

The hotel is located in the Northern part of Vancouver and is one of the only hotels in this area. The main reason I booked this hotel was for logistics and it was available at an excellent rate when I booked it. The staff at this hotel were kind and friendly when checking in and gave me two keys to my room. The rooms are dated and in need of an update. I could see that the cleaning staff does their best to keep the aging rooms as clean as possible. My room was a large double queen that had an additional seating area in it. The bathroom was spotless as well. My carpet had stains on it and the furniture looked dated as well. On a positive note, the wifi worked great, my room was very spacious, and my bed was very comfortable. The desk has a glass surface on it which did not seem to mesh well with my laptop mouse, and luckily I had a mouse pad with me. I liked the additional room for seating as it was comfortable and a great spot to read. I did not use the fitness center as I worked out at a local CrossFit gym. I did not eat in the hotel either as I had my meals offsite. Overall this hotel is a good value for the area but it needs a refresh as the carpets, drapes, heating and cooling systems, and the furniture are all outdated.

Definitely would recommend staying here if you're coming in to town. And again, shoutout to Wendy as well as the rest of the staff there for being SO kind and nice to us!!!

The man who checked us in was unfriendly, and I don't think anyone actually works there at night. The doors are open to let anyone come in and out, but there was no one at the desk, even when we stood there for several minutes waiting for someone to come out. Coming back late from a concert we had taken our key card but forgotten our room number - oops! We figured we could just show ID at the desk and they'd let us know, but no one came out. Eventually we went to where we thought it was and thankfully we were right. But imagine that anyone can wander in off the street and gain access to all floors. Not safe. Once we got back to our room, we found that while we were out the air conditioning stopped working and it was very hot. The thermostat was reading "ERR" and the phones weren't working. Going back downstairs, we couldn't find anyone for the next 20 minutes. My husband came back upstairs and fixed it himself. The remote control for the television wasn't working, but we had no one to ask for help. We used our cell number to call the front desk number and the person who answered told us to talk to people at the front desk at 9:30 a.m. The next morning my husband went down to talk about the hiccups we had the night before. The explanation they gave us was that no one was in the office because they were getting the continental breakfast ready for the next morning. They offered to take $20 off the bill for our troubles and when we got our invoice mailed, guess what they didn't do?

We usually stay within the Hilton portfolio when traveling, but for this trip to Southwest…read moreWashington, surprisingly, we weren't able to find any Hilton properties available for our dates. That led us to look at other options, and we ended up booking here for a four-night stay in late September. The booking process was straightforward--I was able to use an older account I had from years ago when I was traveling internationally, particularly in France. Back then, I had the impression Best Western was more of a smaller, regional brand in the western U.S., but it's actually much larger than I realized, with 18 brands across more than 100 countries and territories. In terms of experience, Best Western feels a step below our usual Hilton stays. That being said, check-in was simple, though not quite as seamless as we're used to since there was no digital key option. We had to wait at the front desk for a bit with two other guests ahead of us, which wasn't a major issue but did add to the first impression. The property itself is dated, and unfortunately that showed throughout our stay. Our room, while clean enough, felt dark and somewhat tired, even with most of the lights switched on. The bed was comfortable and we did appreciate that the room was fairly quiet at night, which made for decent sleep. However, there were some details that left us less than comfortable. The shower water never got beyond lukewarm, which was disappointing. There was leftover blue painter's tape on the ceiling and around the shower--presumably from a recent paint job. There was a cobweb from the ceiling down to the shade on one of the lamps. Those kinds of details made the room feel unfinished. We didn't make much use of the amenities on-site, since this stay was primarily about having a base while we explored the areas between Vancouver and Longview/Kelso. Because of that, our perspective is limited to the room itself and the general upkeep of the property. Overall, it served its purpose, but we didn't feel entirely at ease here. Would we stay again? If it were the only option within our price range, yes. But next time we'd likely do more research ahead of time to see if a local hotel, a small motel, an Airbnb, or even a bed and breakfast might offer a more comfortable alternative.

What should have been a simple correction turned into several days of frustration, dismissiveness, and unprofessional behavior from the hotel staff. Immediately after submitting my reservation online, I realized I had mistakenly booked with the wrong hotel location. When I contacted Best Western customer service, I was informed that any refund or cancellation would need to be handled directly by the hotel. Upon calling the hotel, I was told that only the manager could authorize refunds, but she was not available and I should call back the next day. After several days of repeated calls, I was informed that there was no manager at all--only an owner who was never present--and that refunds were simply never given. The staff member I spoke with was incredibly rude, dismissive, and made no effort to provide assistance or even basic courtesy. This experience reflects a serious breakdown in communication, accountability, and customer service. Being told to repeatedly call back, only to ultimately learn that no one with authority was ever available, is unacceptable. The rude treatment I received only compounded the issue. I recommend avoiding staying at the Best Western Woodland Washington. I will also not stay at any other Best Western across the country because of this rude and unprofessional treatment.

The spots are small, but we found a space where we could barely fit our van which is around 22 ft. I also could not see my vehicle from my room and I don't like that, especially in an area like this that doesn't feel completely safe. Our room was on the third floor and it was hot, so of course the ice machine was broken on the third floor. We had to take the elevator and walk around every time we needed ice. The room was basic and the chair in my room smelled of marijuana. I had to try and work on my laptop on the bed because just sitting at the desk in that chair gave me a headache. They do allow pets which is a plus for me. The fee is $25 per pet per night. There is no relief area though, so be aware of that. They also offered a breakfast of cereal and a few other items. We saw it as we were checking out a bit early but it did not look worth partaking in so I can't really speak to that. The worst part, I think, and the reason we left earlier than usual was because the room had one of those old toilets where you are holding the handle down for 30 seconds or flushing multiple times. That was annoying enough but when we woke up in the morning, we noticed the water was dangerously close to the top and looked as if it might overflow. We thought we were going to have to use the lobby bathroom but then we learned that someone on our floor had clogged up multiple toilets. It was a yucky situation but the staff seemed to get it cleared. They never came into our room but we heard toilets flushing around us and the water level went down so we were able to use the restroom in private before leaving. Luckily our stay at this location was short and although it's currently rated at 3.2 as I write this review, it probably deserves more like a 2.7 overall, so I am just trying to help out the average.
