After having State Farm insurance for more than 30 years, I had a major claim (all ceilings collapsed, all flooring destroyed, etc etc) for which the other party took full responsibility. I immediately called Troy's office and was told not to file a claim with them (MY insurance company!) but with the other company. This resulted in 2 weeks of limbo (not being able to live in my home) until I finally demanded that Troy's office take my claim. Troy wouldn't even take my call until I threatened to call the NJ consumer affairs. Even after talking to him, pleading with him to help me since I couldn't even live in my home he did absolutely nothing. Refused to come out and see the damage, refused to do anything except tell me he was offended that I was "disappointed" in his complete lack of concern! I tried contacting him again to get him to explain the process and he just sent an email saying he passed my concerns along to my claims rep. HE DID NOTHING! Everyone else at State Farm on the corporate level has been great, the claims rep, the adjuster, the company that handles finding a place for me to live, etc. so I will keep State Farm but Troy McAuliffe is completely useless when you need help the most. PLEASE find a different State Farm agent because if you ever have a claim Troy will be of no help, none.

Well they get there and no room. They spent a couple nights in a room with no water that was next to a laundry room. Food ran out. They saw a guy die on the beach and no defibrillator, and staff was casually indifferent. An absolute nightmare and ripoff vacation package. They should have been refunded. This office seemed SHOCKED any issues. Well, they were supposed to vet the trip. My friends travel a lot and this trip scared them from ever going to the Caribbean again.
