There were meters outside, and people in the parking lot told me they didn't think I needed to pay. I went inside at 5:57 and checked in before class. I had already given the staff member my shoe size and my shoes were waiting for me on the desk. She told me I did need to pay the meter, so I quickly ran back outside to pay and came back in exactly at 6:00. Despite the fact that I had already been inside before 6 PM and she knew I had stepped out just to pay the meter, she refused to let me take the class. After our conversation ended and I was walking out, it was only 6:01, which clearly shows I was inside at 6:00. They should check the cameras if there is any question about the timing. I understand that places have rules, but having a friendly and welcoming environment for a new customer who has never taken a SoulCycle class and is new to the area should be taken into consideration. I even told her that I had driven over half an hour from the Bronx to attend the class, and she did not care. This is not how a new customer should be treated. I'm extremely disappointed by the way this was handled. I will not be returning to SoulCycle and would not recommend it to others.

Johnny was an amazing instructor and does a killer workout! He's very friendly and welcoming to new comers. He does a lot of resistance and omg his arm sessions had me burning! Defintiely one of my fave challenging classes. My Apple Watch would tell me I burned almost 400 calories in 45 minutes, amazing! Dani is a very fun motivating instructor. She gives bits of inspiration during class that keeps you pushing! Her classes get booked up pretty quickly. If you being a regular she will also call out your name in class, it's so cute! Monique was a very challenging instructor. I took her class during the end of my 2 weeks and I'm glad I did. You can tell a lot of the cyclists were seasoned Soulcylcers, staying on beat and easily matching her arm choreography. I could not keep up! Leslie is a super upbeat instructor. She does not mess around, and will give you a challenge. Her classes were very in sync and tried to have everyone cycling to the same beat, which was cool to see and motivated me more to stay in unison. The studio really picked great instructors for everyone's personal taste. I would definitely try all the instructors out and see where you fit in. The facility is also super super clean! You get what you pay for, it is expensive but I think worth it. It's a very well rounded workout.

The instructors are not only incredibly skilled, but they genuinely care about each rider -- they bring amazing energy to every class and make everyone feel seen and encouraged. Huge shoutout to Cristina and Jackie -- my favorite instructors -- they are absolutely incredible. Their energy, motivation, and knowledge create the perfect mix of fun and challenge, and their classes always leave me on the best adrenaline high. No matter what kind of day I'm having, I walk out feeling stronger both mentally and physically. I also have to mention Pedro, the owner -- he is so nice and friendly, and truly sets the tone for how special this studio is. And the front desk team is always so welcoming and kind- they make every visit feel personal from the second you walk in. The variety of classes keeps things fresh and there's something for every level -- whether I'm showing up to push myself or simply to move and feel good, I always leave feeling proud and energized. The community here is so uplifting, and it's genuinely such a special place to be a part of. I'm so grateful to have found it!

The equipment is great, the facilities are great, the amenities are great, the group exercise classes are great.... the indoor tennis courts... the golf practice area... I could go on and on, really. Some of my favorite aspects include: - The Fitness Equipment: TCR has cardio machines (elliptical, treadmill, bikes, etc.), nautilus equipment, free weights, a Smith machine, TRX, etc. You name it, they have it. They even have a recumbent bike that has video games integrated into it. So, as you are riding the bike, you can pretend that you are rolling along in your own "shot 'em up" style game. Very cool. -The pool: The pool itself is huge and multi-lane. It even opens up to a large deck for getting some sun or hitting up their pool bar and grill. Oh, and they have Happy Hours on the deck on Fridays during the summer! -The group exercise classes: TCR offers Les Mills classes and other great strength, cardio, cycle, and "mind, body, spirit" classes. There is definitely something for everyone. -The staff: Wow! The staff at TCR are all so nice and knowledgeable. Kudos to the management for excellent recruiting and training! Special Note: If you have kids, this place is great, too because they host camps for kids and other youth programming. They even have transportation to get your kids to and from the facility. The bottom line: Check out this gym. It is really first-rate all around.

The class instructor named Jen was so motivating during the class. I loved that this class was more intimate. Other cycle classes I've done in the past were more intimidating because there were 100 people in one ride. But for this class, it was only 7 of us and the room looked like it typically only holds up to like 40 anyway. The facility was clean and organized. They had a purified water fountain system to refill your water bottles. Everyone that worked their was kind and engaging. I definitely enjoyed my experience. Keep in mind that there's no dedicated parking lot, just street metered parking nearby.

The software and app for tracking your progress is great - class rank, calories, and power points so you can compare to yourself or the class. 40 bikes with plenty of room - where you can be seen in the front or hide in the back depending on your style. The stadium seating really helps everyone see the instructor. State of the art sound system is loud and really helps the experience (especially when you compare to other studios). Shoe rental is free and there's good availability of sizes, I've never had an issue. I do wish they had more retail available. I think that's the one area they're really missing out on. I found out I was pregnant shortly after signing up for a monthly membership and originally requested to freeze and purchase class packs instead. No response from them. Given the lack of handling the situation, I decided to cancel altogether, giving more than the required one months' notice, and eating the remaining one month cost that I didn't use due to travel. They charged me again the following month and it took an additional 2 weeks for Alan to agree to refund the charge, promising to call me to ensure everything was sorted. He never called (all of this happened over email as they refuse to get on the phone). I was charged again this month, despite trying now for three months to cancel. THIS PLACE IS SHADY AF.

Two showers and two restroom with amenities. There is parking at the back of the gym but it is first come first serve basis! Coaches and employees: most of the coaches that I attended so far are great. They motivate me and guide me through the workouts. Front desk were also nice and approachable. There is just one instance yesterday when I had my class. I came early and assigned myself for floor and number 5. I saw the list and it was just me on the list since I came early. I went inside the class sat on the rower number 5 and did my rowing. There is a woman not sure if she is the manager telling me "Mark, you are not there" I said "excuse me?" She said "you are Mark right? You are not there you are number 6" I politely said "oh ok I am sorry". I sat down on the rower number 6. And as soon as I did my rower a woman sat down on number 5 and her boyfriend on number 4. Now I know why she moved me. I certainly accepts if they will ask me to move, I am okay with it but telling me that I am on the wrong sit when in the first place you switch me is not right. It just turn me off and didn't enjoy yesterday's class. Class: the class in each sessions are different. I personally love 3G classes than 2G.
