I've been to a couple hot yoga classes throughout nyc and the class I took today was by far my favorite. I'm fairly new to taking yoga classes. The vinyasa flow class I took today was a great experience. The instructor Sorinel did a great job helping us flow through the different poses. The room does get hot but not intolerable and the fan was turned on a couple times in the class. The yoga studio has mats and towels to rent as well as showers and lockers. You can buy water and beverages at the studio too but no water fountains. I would recommend anyone trying a class here ! read more

Sat nam! Im so in love with the versatile practice here! First things first, theres a temperature check at the check-in desk along with online survey you can do on your phone for contact tracing. Plenty of sanitizers available (hands and mat). You can book sessions on an app for less contact. Mask is worn at all times which is securing for me. Yeah even during Bikram sessions. So back to the versatility, they definitely provide a variety of yoga practices all being Bikram based of course. Had a vinyasa class one day and a HIIT class the next day. The instructors are attentive and correct any noticeable misalignments. With all the mirrors in the place, you'd think it would be easy. I heard of class at the park which I'm excited for. Staff are super friendly and welcoming. If only I can transcribe the vibe in this place into a review. read more

I have missed this place SO MUCH! It's been 2 or 3 years since I've practiced and for the last 6 months my body has been asking me to go back. This morning while laying in bed I was overcome with the feeling to 'go'. I made it to the 6am class with Kerry, she is amazing - her instruction is clear, she's funny and i was given individual attention when I needed it. I purchased a package deal in March of 2020, right before lock down, of 9 classed for $99. They refused to honor the deal after the lockdown. I returned to the studio in 2021 and was told by Arturo that he could see that I purchased the package, but didn't know how to apply the credit to that class. I paid for that class. I didn't return until 2022, after the mask requirement had been lifted. This time I was told the same thing- that they could see the package was purchased and not used, but would fix it after class. I had to pay for that class as well- $29!!! After class I was told that they didn't have to honor the pass. They tried selling me another "deal" of 5 classes for $130. They tried admitted to me that they did this for everyone else who bought a package before the pandemic and then couldn't use it. So they did this to a lot of people! I was a loyal customer for years and even brought 3 new guests to the studio. It would cost them NOTHING to let me sit in on the classes they owe me. Dionne - one of the owners- was there before class but decided to duck out without giving me the respect of a conversation. No eye contact, no smile, no apology and no wonder I used to hear people in the dressing room after her class complaining about her condescending attitude. read more

This studio is my rejuvenation lab. After taking any of their classes, I feel light, happy and peaceful. All the teachers are friendly, patient and professional. The studio is spacious and clean. As soon as you enter this place, you feel the love in the atmosphere. They offers a variety of yoga classes, yin, vinyasa, kundalini and much more. I signed up for the monthly pass because it was a good deal. The couple of classes that I took were great. The teachers were good. I was corrected on my form when I started to slouch, which I like. I left feeling good after each class. It's a good studio. The only negative was the location. It's sometimes hard to concentrate with the train running in the background. I like taking morning classes and there is no parking. I had to pay for parking in the lot. If you take evening classes you can park on the street for free but my energy is zapped from working all day to take evening classes. It's a good studio. read more
