My therapist, Cara, spent the necessary time at the beginning asking the right questions to design a customized rehabilitation program. At each session, she asked more questions to adjust the program. I'm happy to say that 3 months after "graduation", I'm still doing well. Seriously? My toe is sending shooting pain across my foot and up my ankle. Apparently speaking louder to me will make me believe the pain in the toe is not the issue. Very unproductive visit, so after 3 years of co-pays I am seeking a 2nd opinion elsewhere.
