This is now the third time I've had an appointment where I was left waiting at least 20 minutes past my scheduled time. I completely understand that things can run behind occasionally, but when it happens repeatedly, it becomes frustrating--especially when I've made an appointment for a specific time and have planned my day around it. If you consistently need more time between appointments, then the appointment times should be scheduled accordingly. Customers shouldn't have to sit and wait 20+ minutes every single time. Absolutely ridiculous.

No problem there. BUT the same can't be said about the front people. They were awful! After my stylist was done she told me she was putting something away and would meet me at the front. I gathered my stuff and headed to front desk, I approached the desk and said hello. I got RUDE stares and one of them a middle age lady looked at the other girl and mocked me and said "hiiii?! She came out of nowhere" not once did she speak to me, she just walked away. I was taken back. I politely stated who my service was with and that I was ready to check out. Once my stylist came up she was able to get the other girl to check me out. I still paid my service, tipped my stylist because I was happy with her service just completely disappointed and disturbed by the front desk. I went back on here and saw some other clients have stated the same issue.

When we walked into her place because we happened to be in the area, we asked how much for a haircut, when she said $15, that blew our minds! Everywhere we had gone prior was minimum $30. We gave her a try and she recommended a high and right hair cut for my son and wow! It was fabulous! He's been sporting the same hair cut since. Every time my son and husband walk out of that place they look 10x more handsome than ever! She's very friendly and down to earth and prices are just A++. I had asked her why do you keep your prices so low when you're so experienced and does a magnificent job and she just said she just wants to be affordable and fair. She just gave me a great layered cut and added hair color to my dull lifeless hair. I feel so vibrant and alive. She's life! Went in at opening time and had no wait! I had Janet and she was super nice and humble. Wanted to donate my hair to Locks of Love and she helped braid and cut it to the length I wanted. Had a pleasant conversation with her. Washed and blow dried my hair. Never pushed me to get additional services. I would come back again for my next cut!

I remember the first time walking into her and I was almost in tears thinking my blonde couldn't be as beautiful as I pictured it because it was darker at the time and not done for a long time after having being pregnant. She looked at me and said "sweetie, we can make you exactly that blonde!" And let me tell you.... It was beyond perfect and better than I ever dreamed!! Since then she has done my hair for years! You will never go to anyone else after sitting in Deborah's chair. And I mean that with all my heart!! I went to multiple other stylists before meeting Deborah and she's someone that just gets hair! Your name could easily be crossed off by a person who just came in and is trying to skip you. There is no consideration for customers if you have been there a long time.
