The stylist is great; however, I jones a membership. As a me we I was charged $55 per month. When I went I changed the service from Express to Benchmark. They charges the full fee for the more expensive service and did not give crept to the amount charges to my credit card for the membership. Which is outrageous read more

Elissa is one of my barbers and she does an amazing job and very caring. Conversations could go on for days when there. Lots of positive energy from Elissa and the whole staff. I purchased a $85.00 gift certificate for my husband for Valentines Day from Boardroom Salon for men in Kingwood. Today my husband went for his appointment and came back looking the same. They claim they trimmed his hair (really just clean up his neck line), beard and a so called massage to make his hands soft. He came back looking the same, no haircut, no beard trim and hands are the same no softer or an change in his arms or hands. Yet they had the audacity to charge him the full $85.00 of the certificate I purchase for him. This place is a RIPOFF! They did nothing to have charged $85.00 for! Don't waste your money or time at this place. I will NEVER recommend this business that steals your money to anyone! read more

Well - I needed to get a cut I could count on to be sharp and clean - and that meant making a trip to see Stanley at the Kingwood location! First off - the team there is doing things right when it comes to safety. Temp checks and masks plus sanitizer - I felt totally comfortable coming here. And the haircut - well Stanley is great at what he does. Need a nice fade and great service? Stan's the man! Didn't get a shave this time, but when I do it'll be with Stanley again. I went to 2 different barbers and they didnt know how to do a basic hair cut (low taper fade with a fringe on top) and then when i decided i would let my person cut my hair anyways and after showering exact pictures and telling them in depth about how i want it, they messed up my haircut and its the worst ive ever gotten. I almost cried when i got home it was that bad. I will now be a woman repellent for the next 2 months and mortified to even ask for the same haircut again by another barber. I tried getting a line up/trim on my beard and mustache and they told me that the barber doesn't have time but they could get me a beard trim with a stylist. She then said the barber could maybe fit me in for the line up so I would have two people just to trim my beard. That sounds nice but this has happened before and it makes where multiple people do little jobs and expect tips for the whole service. I can't say I will return as their service as been subpar if that. For what they charge you should be given more than excellent service. read more

Just had my 11-year-old son's hair cut here for the first time, and it has seriously never looked better. He has an awful cowlick and coarse hair, and Unesha made it look amazing. Super sharp lines, great shape. A little pricey but WELL worth it for the service and the experience. We will definitely return. read more

I only came here because my because my barber shop was closed on wednesdays. Wish I had just waited for my barber to open shop bc I haven't received a haircut like this since I let my sister practiced on me for hair school. I am pretty disappointed with my experience here. Left with a fade and hard part that are pretty sloppy. The hard part goes to the middle of my forehead which is unlike any part that I've seen anywhere on anyone ever. When it said ""we'll clean up your neck" I had assumed that I would be getting all of my neck shaved, not only the back of neck shaved, although I'm glad she didn't now since she made me almost bleed the razor burn was so bad. Also my hairline in the back does not match on either side on the front and back. Service pretty nice but I will not be coming back unless it's to retrieve the $45 I paid (which is more than you'd pay at ANY local barber shop). For the price, you'd expect excellence, but I get excellence consistently with my barber at a fraction of the price at Vintage Cuts. Big yikes. read more

I have used this salon several times in the past but today was by far the worst experience I have had . My haircut was not what I was expecting, when you pay $45 for a haircut you would think they would put a little effort into your service. and when the hack job was done I was asked if I wanted it washed, thought that was part of the service but I felt rushed so I just left. After I left I noticed my side burns were not even. I may try them again but only after this guy is gone, all of my past experiences have been great but this guy definitely lowered the bar for them. The more I look at my cut the more I want to shave it off. This is a $10 haircut at best. Use caution when visiting. read more
