My wife was under treatment with Dr. Lipkin for two years. She had a complex orthodontic case, and came to him to resolve significant health issues caused by malocclusion and jaw dysfunction. We were thrilled by how confident Dr. Lipkin was in treating her. That confidence was misplaced. His diagnostic of her needs was superficial and the treatment not thoughtfully planned. The treatment did not resolve her issues. The entire time, Dr. Lipkin maintained his confident, friendly manner, and always told us everything was under control. He did not demonstrate empathy for the pain my wife was experiencing with his treatment. I find the office an efficient marketing firm. read more

Dr. Lipkin and his team are absolutely amazing. I have been coming to him since I was in the fourth grade (I am 27 years old now) just as he was starting out and it has been a wonderful experience. He is super easy going and carefully explains what procedures he is going to do and why. He has a calm and professional demeanor which is so important because as a child the orthodontist can seem intimidating! He has the most up to date technology which is so important. For example, when my permanent retainers were no longer working for me, we opted to use nightly retainers. Rather than having to take an uncomfortable mold with the gel pressed into your teeth while a picture is taken, you simply bite on this piece of plastic and they take an image. No mess! My teeth were shifting many years later so I Went back in 2013, provided me with an Invisalign type retainer for free and within 4 months my teeth were perfect again. Everyone has always been so courteous and professional. I love that Dr. Lipkin built a brand new state-of-the-art facility that is beautiful, clean, and can accommodate many patients at once. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Lipkin. I had braces with him when I was in middle school. Treatment was quick and easy and I was so happy with his work. Once he removed my braces I received two fixed retainers, one that lasted until last year (~10 years) and one that broke today. I'm 23 now, living away from home and working in NYC. I called 15 New York orthodontists to see if they could help me and none were willing to squeeze me in, one didn't even know what the problem was. I didn't want to drive far but decided to see if he had any availability and the staff was so accommodating, I got an appointment for this evening. This will probably be my last appointment with him once the retainer is removed, but I will continue to recommend him to any and everyone. The staff is always friendly, scheduling is so easy, there's never a long wait and the appointments are quick but he's always willing to answer your questions.
