Dr. Bauta is new to the clinic, but wonderful! She answers all questions patiently and is so wonderful with explaining everything step by step, showing X-rays at the same time helping you understand everything so clearly. Artisha is also wonderful if you're there for a retainer or mouth guard scan. And the cherry on top is how clean the office is. Esthetics is very important to me and River Edge gets an A+! I had been treated by Marijana for all of my previous visits. This past week Dr. Tsimis installed a crown...a normally involved procedure requiring two visits. He treated the damaged tooth, measured and prepped me in 45 minutes. To my amazement one half hour later my new crown was ready and perfectly fit to my satisfaction. They now have the technology to fabricate a permanent crown. I think it is awesome. Bravo to Dr. Marlen, Dr. Tsimis and the entire staff! You only get better and better and I always look forward to my visits.

While visiting the area, my toddler fell and jammed her two front teeth into her upper gum. Blood everywhere. It was late in the day. I was panicking. I called this practice because it was one of the few open, and was directed to email photos so Dr. Engel could take a look. He called within 10 minutes and talked me off the ledge. He calmly explained the trauma in detail and advised that while nothing could be done immediately because the teeth and gum must heal first, our toddler should have an in-person exam in one week's time. I greatly appreciated Dr. Engel asking questions that showed his expertise and compassion, and for taking his time to reassure this upset parent. My daughter's treatment lasted over two years, she's almost 14 and already in a retainer. The staff at doctor Naifeh's office are efficient and friendly, the appointments are easy to schedule. They have little raffles and games going on every month and their services are up to date including new technology that makes treatment easier.
