While cashing out this time around, I was short about $11 cash and since the shop is cash only (like many dispensaries in the area) I would have to go to my bank and with drawl the cash from my account and rush being late ... long story short : (NOT HAPPENING, I like to call myself a responsible smoker). I am from New Orleans and not new to dispensaries at all. Some dispensaries can be overwhelming and the employees are short and not as friendly as I think they would be. Walking up to ILyfted was already a good vibe before I walked in the door there was a great energy blasting some dope tunes. I was given a ticket for 20% as appreciation for being a new customer. When I walked in I had had a long day up until that point and in need of medicine and smiles. Mary was the sweetest to me and took proper care of me. She was light and relatable and made me feel like my home girl was hooking me up. I also was turned into some gummies made in-house. I absolutely loved them! Used to be a 5 star when I made this review about a year ago. The ONLY place I went to for a full year, even back when they were called Compassion Union. Great weed, not gonna lie, but I've walked in too many times on their managers yelling at and insulting their employees in front of customers. Because of that, they have a revolving door of employees that leave after a few weeks, each one with less experience than the next. I wanna get my bud at a friendly place where I know the people by name, where I know that they're happy and that they're knowledgeable. Not new people that keep getting my orders wrong and argue with me about how it's my fault. Too many times for a regular. There's no more compassion here. read more

There are so many delivery services that when you call one it can be a kind of crap-shoot at times. Right away I was extremely impressed that the rep was both professional and personable. They were out of one of the cartridges I wanted to order, and without missing a beat, the rep offered an alternative that was equal/better in quality and about the same price. I didn't have to spend one minute looking through the menu for an alternative myself; although I want to add that they have a huge, awesome selection! In addition to that, their FTP deals and vape cartridge deals are! Okay, they sell so much stuff that I had a hard time ONLY ordering what I meant to order. Patches? Suppositories? Hell yeah I'm curious!! The people answering by text and the driver were OFF THE CHARTS nice and friendly. They didn't have one of the things I wanted and gave me a killer deal on a comparable (to me) item. Hands down, Compassion Union is one of my favorite go-to spots; never a bad experience. A lot of flower and products to choose from, constantly changing decor and bringing in new brands. The staff is knowledgeable of their products and is always helpful in assisting me in what to buy for my specifics needs/ ailments that day. Parking is a bit limited but street parking is available. This place is what you'd want in a great collective. Staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. But the most important, the strains were very good and potent and I consider myself a connoisseur and have a very high tolerance. Prices are average but the flower is top shelf and you can find something for any price range. The shop inside is also set up very well and is designed nicely. Only draw back is as others have said, a smaller parking lot but there is parking close by on the street. read more

Texting and diving 80 down Lankershim to get my meds before they close I've very pissed they are not 24 hrs and don't have a smoke lounge. I am very upset with this shop!
