I chose them for 2 major reasons. 1) they were going to deal with the scheduling of the removal and réinstallation of our solar panels. And 2) Shahar was so kind, informative, and honest during our consultation. He was through and kept us updated every step of the way. When our project finally started the crew were so respectful and kind! We found way more damage than we expected which resulted in our quote going up. However, due to Shahar being honest at the consultation we knew this was a possibility so it wasn't super shocking. The crew was great at cleaning up at the end of every day, which we appreciate as we have chickens, ducks, a puppy and cat as well as a child who are outside. During the teardown, we discovered that one of the walls hadn't been properly constructed originally. Cesar caught the issue immediately, and all the leaks are now completely resolved. During the demolition we discovered that there was extensive water damage and that the source of the leak as the walls around the deck. Oscar's team repaired all the damage, installed a new roof, replaced the waterproofing on the walls, and redid the siding, followed by installation of a redwood deck. At each step he came clear explanations of our choices and options for repair and gave us a choice of deck options. The team was polite and cleaned up the job site thoroughly when they were complete. I had a few quotes from different companies and they were just wanting to rip up the roofing on the light well and redo the whole roof. Brian came along and just said he could fix it with a corrugated panel on top and fixing the scupper like it was supposed to be fixed.
