I was hopeful that investing almost $1,000 in my thinning brows would result in fully filled in brows but 2 appointments later it still hasn't happened. Maya did my Nano brows and I was told that if my brows needed an additional retouch it would be complimentary but now I can't reach anyone to get it! I've reached out twice and sent pictures along with my concerns, but it's been over a week with no response. I'm back to filling in my brows and very disappointed. There were other issues but for the sake of time I'm focusing on the end product. I will reach out a third time, but am appalled at what I thought would be a positive experience. Not a good experience.
