There wasn't a sales pitch or pressure. She simply gave me my options and explained the outcome of each choice. I couldn't believe she took the time to explore all my options. So rare these days. I wish I found Dr. Dorothy and her team years ago. Side Perk: Also as the name suggests, all the chairs in the office have a gorgeous view of Gore Creek and the towering East Vail Chutes. However, with the retirement of my Denver oral surgeon and learning about Dr. Heggland in Frisco, I decided to stay up in the mountains for this work. That was definitely the right call. My procedure involved two extractions (leading to implants) - caddy-corner in my mouth with one on the upper left and the other on the lower-right. No fun. But the procedure was efficient and not that onerous. And as Dr. Heggland had predicted, the aftermath was more uncomfortable than painful. Nothing that I couldn't handle with some periodic Advil. To top it off, his staff and the entire operation are friendly and personable. With a minimum of paperwork and delay. Two teeth gone - but two thumbs up.
