Just a few days before the rescheduled appointment, I was told via text I am in fact not in network with insurance! It is such a shame when a great medical practitioner allows the front office to ruin the reputation and dissuade new business coming in through the front door. Good dentistry obviously needs a great dentist, but you cannot ignore the other business needs surrounding the customer experience. While the Vail Valley doesn't have a ton of options, if you are seeking a positive customer experience with the ability to speak to someone on the phone without tremendous frustration, I advise you to seek elsewhere!
