The initial tint installation had visible dirt contamination. The owner contacted me after my…read morereview and asked for a chance to fix it, so I removed the review and returned. The redo still had dirt specks in every window and the passenger side window they redid had a major gap compared to the other three windows. A week later the rear window developed a large bubble and the windshield tint showed more defects. When I returned they pushed the bubble down instead of replacing the tint, which created creases. I was also told dirt in the windshield tint was acceptable if it did not block my view. The bubble returned shortly after leaving and the windshield now has a noticeable uneven texture. Communication stopped after I sent photos. The owner later offered a $238 refund even though I paid $547. All windows still have contamination in the film and I now have to pay another shop to remove and redo the tint. I want the tint removed and the glass cleaned but I am not comfortable letting the same shop touch my vehicle again because I am concerned about possible retaliation or damage. Worst tint experience I have had.

They were very thorough and quick in responding to my Yelp inquiry. I was aware of all my pricing upfront, all of my options, warranty information and how long it would take. With that, I was able to book immediately online. On the day of my appointment, I DID have a bit of trouble finding the location since I was looking for a storefront that actually said 'Dynamic Appearance' but instead it was inside of a computers, audio & auto type store which was fine- just didn't know what I was looking for. Once I arrived, the guy there was very patient and knowledgeable and once again walked me through all of my options and the pricing information again. He even did a heat demonstration! Tinting took about as long as he warned me for and I was immediately briefed on the aftercare maintenance and my lifetime, nationwide warranty once again. Loved the tint job, didn't leave the inside of my car a mess like people complained about in other businesses. Super pleased with their work! Only CON: Unfortunately, due to COVID I wasn't able to wait inside as there wasn't like a waiting area so I'd suggest arranging to drop-off your vehicle or bringing a folding chair if you plan to sit outside.

I have an almost 14 year old g37 that needed ceramic tint removed since it had gone bad after all these years. I was a little nervous about the tint removal. Only because I know that can be hard on the interior from past experiences. Even though an older car, you still want it to be nice. But the technician did an amazing job. I didn't see wear and tear to the headliner and defroster lines weren't scraped off either which worried me the most. So if you only need tint removed. These are the guys to trust. I also got new tint put on. Which i love! I feel like my car feels new(ish) again to me after all these years. Also the guys are very responsive about getting you in for an appointment.
