I had come here a couple time for eyebrow threading during covid and well after with my friend or alone. Honestly, it was quick most of the time she was available and although there was always upselling our eyebrows looked decent. What wasn't decent, was while we were in the chair the calls being taken which is fine I get it she's running a business but what wasn't is letting me know each and everytime I had not been doing my homework on my eyebrows what she told me to do. I am clearly coming here to get them done. Finally during my last session here she had convinced me on getting one of her famous facials, I had never gotten one but I was told it would clear my skin and brighten it ( glow effect). I was reluctant, ( I have sensitive skin which I told her) but did it since she said she would be careful and it's organic . I went to a different room where she did my so called facial and applied some of it on my hands to rejuvenate ( of course additional cost) and she simply walked away, she came back once got on the phone, and then walked away, I felt my face burn, like it was coming apart, like Hannibal or some super scary movie. I was petrified, I called out for her nothing, called out for her again a few times, ( Mind you I wear glasses, blind as a bat without them). Worst feeling in the world. She finally came, washed it off ( face and hands) my face felt on fire ( literally). I couldn't believe it, how careless she was with my facial. I never came back. My face, well let's just say it was red and irritated for a little over two weeks, little bumps here and there, I was so embarrased to go anywhere, little marks that have permanently stayed on my face which suck, never had them before, all for a glow up effect but instead I lived a nightmare. Since them, I am scared to get any facial or anything for that matter on my face. If you've had great experiences here, I am happy for you, I am only speaking on what I went through. Horrified and will never ever be going back, even if it were free!

I've known all the stylists here for 15 years as some were from the ( now closed Hair Cuttery in Annandale).. I feel like part of the family when I arrive . My stylist is " Snow" (Tuyet). I'm extremely picky about my hair & she does it just the way I like it! As I sit for 30 minutes ( while the dye sets in) I watch everyone leave there HAPPY!! First impression of the building is that it's old and it's in the heart of Annandale, inside is very dated as well. The spa is located on the 2nd floor and has a very corky decor. The lady was signed me up was named Parisa and seemed a bit cold when she gave me the form to fill. After waiting another 20 minutes, I was called in, the room was clean but small. She explained the process and answered all my questions. She asked me to laser a small part of my leg to see how I react. Let me tell you it was terrible. The machine would suck my skin gently and shot heat as it let it go. My leg was burning the entire day. She did apply tea tree oil on the spot. If you ever had a feeling of your skin burning that's how it felt all day. Not sure what machine they sure but from what I remember it was Lumise or something similar. I won't be going to this place just coz it didn't feel like the right laser to me. I have seen over laser machines. Btw $200 for the whole body but all that burning feeling for a whole day or night is not worth it to me.

As there's nothing worse than worrying about if you're going to have a ticket waiting for you after your spa service SMH. Upon entering, we're always personally greeted by Jenny. Now, I'm not the warm and fuzzy type, but there is a certain draw about her. She is so warm and caring, which directly translates into her work. Her products and methods are top notch. At the start of the facial, she always steams your face to open those pores up - then she gets to work with a lovely exfoliating mask and then layers on all the goodies. By the end of my facial, I kinda feel like a princess. And my husband, who is a very easygoing guy, says "that was nice," which is huge for him lol. He approved of the men's skincare products used, and he was absolutely radiant for the following week. So, while spending time with Jenny, I was also introduced to cupping. As I understand/lived it - Jenny has a gun that she attaches a cup to, then she attaches the cup to wherever you're tense. For me, my left shoulder/upper back get really tight, so she attached a few cups to my tense area using the suction gun. Then for a few minutes she left them on and they did their thing... The suction cups lift the skin, allowing more blood and oxygen flow to the tense area, relieving pain and stiffness without medicine. It was a weird sensation, but it did work almost instantly. The only downside is the bruising. It has been seven days and I still have a faint set of circular bruises where my cups were.

I saw the website for this business, but upon clicking on it, I am taken to other businesses that have nothing to do with Jenny's business. I don't think this is intentional, but Jenny might want to get her own webpage set up for herself. Right now her webpage is going to other businesses and one can't get the prices for her lists of services. I hope this problem is fixed soon. As for now, I will have to call and find out. Update: After speaking to Jenny, She informed me that there are different types of facials she does. Costs go from $150, $170 and $200 not including tip. Waxing is only for the eyebrows and Jenny only works on the face. Jenny doesn't do body treatments of any kind except the face. Hope this helps. As for going here, the prices I was told about seem a little to step for me. I would also want body work done and Jenny said she doesn't do that.
