I filled out all the forms and the times I spoke with Chris and Andrew - it was as if they had never heard of me before and knew nothing about my file, despite being scheduled calls they set up. It is fine that they were uninterested in doing the "Comprehensive Patentability Search", but they should have said so after the first discussion and the paperwork I filled out. They also have a money back guarantee if there is no IP found......yet the only guarantee with this firm is they won't return your calls and there is no way to contact them directly by email if there is an issue. I do have a signed contract but I think they hope $2k isn't worth pursuing in court. I think the court of public opinion can take this one then.
