It was very clean and all the water made it enjoying and nerve racking. It is the perfect difficulty for all ages as we had a 7 year old through age 43. They also had a driving range and it wasn't bad it was very nice. The whole place was very sanitary compared to other places. They keep very nice care of the place. Terrible customer service at Golf Galaxy in North Wales, PA…read more On 6/13/26, I returned an item and asked if my rewards dollars could be credited back to my Dick's Sporting Goods account. The salesperson told me I had to call customer service myself. Later, when I called, customer service was able to restore some rewards and even asked why the store hadn't handled it directly. I then wanted to purchase a shirt in another size. The employee found it was only available online and began placing the order on his personal phone. When three customers lined up behind me, he asked me to step aside while he helped them, which I agreed to. He handed me his phone--which had a badly cracked screen and incoming text messages popping up--and expected me to complete the purchase myself. I decided to order the item at home instead. To top it off, when I asked whether a polo shirt was for men or women, a different employee curtly replied, "That's the men's section. The ladies section is in the BACK!!" The entire experience was frustrating and unprofessional. I did not feel valued as a customer and was disappointed by the lack of courtesy and service at this store.

My swing is a self-made disaster. But functional. Colin recognized this and was inclined to work with what was on the table. I asked Colin to take the time to fix the fundamental issues and he dove into the assignment headfirst. We worked on big fixes to big problems and there was real headway made by the end of our time together. I have SO MUCH WORK TO DO based on just these 45 minutes. But thats EXACTLY what I wanted and got from my lesson time. Thank you Colin. You're honest without being too brutal ;P

I purchased the groupon for 3 one hour golf lessons. My lessons were scheduled on 3 consecutive…read moreSaturdays. Mike the golf pro was on time for each lesson. I have been golfing for approx 8 years. My game has been very inconsistent and having had very little formal coaching, I felt it was time to get help. Mike is very firm with his lessons, alot like the military he will break you down and built you back up. Mike started with my grip, then stance, ball position (no wise cracks) shaft position, alignment etc. I have seen a tremendous improvement in the accuracy of my shot, my swing is now smooth and fluid. Unfortunately with groupon I am only allowed to buy redeem one groupon or I would have scheduled again. I plan on working through a few of my weaknesses on the range and course but I will definitely go back for another few lessons. The range itself is too notch. The stalls are in excellent condition, the mats look new. There is an area to hit off grass. The bucket prices are reasonable. The pro shop is equipped with balls, gloves and grips for regripping I also think you can purchase new clubs and get fitted. I definitely recommend this location for all golfers.

I enjoy taking lessons from him, whether he's straightening out a bad habit or developing my game in general. I find his lessons to be simple and effective, plus he's easy-going and fun. I've probably taken 10-12 1/2 hour lessons over the years. Sometimes he give me 30 minutes, but on several occasions (when he's not under the gun to get to another lesson) he's given me considerably extra time. The range is nice also. Out on Route 68 it is nice and quiet. The mats are in good shape and the balls are in good shape as well.
