My daughter at the birthday party
    Alexis M.

I came here for a birthday party in January and it was such a cute place. The parking in this area is extremely tough and there is tons of traffic. I know you can park at the hotel indigo across the street for $10 for three hours I believe, but street parking was extremely tough. The place had many ball pits, slides and cute areas to play in for kids of all ages. The birthday party was in the large party room, which was beautiful and spacious. They decorated the room very cute for the girls Bluey theme. They gave all the kids socks and also the adults. As well, they gave us arcade cards to play the claw games. I'm not sure about pricing because I went there for a birthday party, but it was an extremely cute place. I just wish they would've had a parking lot.

This is a super size fun center, claw arcade and indoor playground in flushing. We have been here several times since they opened and my kiddo always has a fun time. They have over 5 slides and a large ball pit one for the older kids and one for toddlers and even 2 small carousels. They have a snow tube slide as well as two interactive walls, a musical center and even different types of small swings and obstacles as you run like a ninja through the whole structure. They even have a small trampoline area and a dress up room if you want to walk around dressed like a princess. We usually end our stay in the claw arcade. Here you can get snacks like chips cookies and dippin dots. You can try your hand at winning a toy like special labubus and other cute stuffies. Their claw arcade does not require an entrance fee but sometimes they hold special events here. We have attended a Minecraft dj Dance party with Mardi gras beads, parachute game and Hulu hoop dance challenges. The slime day was also a lot of fun. They had free ice cream, cake and popcorn and you could make 4 different types of slime including snow slime, clay slime and cloud slime. But the thing that makes them stand out the most is hidden way in the back. If you like squid game you will like the activities here which feature a light up square dance floor with many different dance challenges like squid game red light green light, pong, etc. Next door is our favorite game the Devil's eye like a giant eye of Sauron, where you complete the game by pressing the numbered buzzers to finish each challenge but have to avoid the devils eye which can go off at any time. They have a super fun laser tag room where you can compete against members of a different team. It's a lot of fun just running around and getting to the other base to get special items until the clock runs out. The staff is always helpful and friendly and it's such a large place they helped me find my kid last time. It's slightly pricey and you have to wear a special bracelet and socks but it's a great way to spend a rainy day. If you become a member you get a discount every time you come and free admission for the kids birthday. This is definitely one of our weekend favorites and off the beaten path.

    Our pink ninja theme

There's not enough amazing words to say about Margaret, Andy and their incredible team that came together to organize my daughter's private 7 year old birthday party! They were very accommodating and supportive of what we envision. Our pink ninja theme wasn't part of their choices but they came up with it because my daughter wanted to be one for her birthday. They went above and thought of everything we needed and more. They made an usually stressful situation into a pleasant experience. I'm very grateful that we decided to go with royal magic castle. Thank you guys for everything you did!

Against my better judgment, I decided to give it one more shot and it just confirmed everything I already suspected. Total waste of money, it's not worth it. Most of the gaming systems have issues: the remotes are barely functional, some consoles aren't even fully set up, and a few aren't signed into accounts so you can't even play properly. The foosball table is completely broken, and the pool table is wobbly and unstable. The atmosphere is just as bad. There's no music playing, which makes the entire place feel dull and lifeless. The employees seem completely uninterested and not helpful at all -- whether it's empty or packed, the service and vibe don't get any better. When it's crowded, it's even worse because there's barely any space to move around or enjoy yourself. Bottom line: I won't be coming back. If you're looking for a better gaming spot, BrookLAN is miles ahead of this place.

The vibe and decor is there. Service lacked a little, as there was only 1 bartender and the drink I had tasted good but was on the weak side. So much so that my next drink was a mocktail. I also ordered the sliders which were basically glorified White Castle mini burgers. The power went out maybe 2 or 3 times while I was there which was weird!

Luckily we arrived early, but it was a bit upsetting that they couldn't provide an estimate of how long the wait might be, only a list of how long some other groups have currently waited, ranging up to 3 hours, which is a long time to spend wandering around Times Square waiting for a text. I also had some arcade credit from another Groupon, which we used to keep ourselves entertained for about 45 minutes during our wait. We were so happy when we finally got the text that it was our turn to bowl. It was a bit cramped at our area, not having quite enough space for everyone to sit comfortably or easily get from the seats to the bowling area without needing others to shift around.

To be fair, still prefer the booze, but health first. We got a package where we had two hours of bowling and a bit of karaoke. We got caesar salad, pigs in a blanket, nachos, and chicken tenders. All was good except the nachos. Skip it. After a game of bowling, some of us stayed and did some karaoke. Personally think this is a good place to bowl, sing, and do other things like pingpong and pool, but the location is not ideal. Port authority gets really sketchy after dark. Would not go out of my way seeking this place out.
