I reached out the morning I was going to come down to see the bike, and owner said fine, and would meet me there to discuss numbers and what not. Easy enough. I get there, after driving over 2 hours, and was quite literally fully ignored by all staff there. I wasn't greeted, spoken to, or anything. I literally had to ask the dude about the bike, and tell him I was the one he spoke with earlier. Very dry in was kind of just like, okay, and walked away. I see the bike, sit on it, decide, you know what, I'm going to take this for a ride and maybe I'll buy it. The lady that works there, mind you, she hadn't come out to greet me or anything from her office. The lady comes out after I go and catch her attention to let her know that I would like to go for a test drive. I was told, there are no test drives allowed, and that the owner could drive it up and down the street and I could watch if I wanted to buy it. Seriously??? I'm going to spend $10,000 before tax and title and I can't even test drive the bike first? They weren't interested in dealing with me in the least bit. I literally drove over 2 hours and wasted time. Regardless of what you want to get from this place, I wouldn't recommend it simply because these people just came off as very rude and shady. I'm not going to go into politics or skin color or anything like that, because that is not my thing, but I will say that I was treated like shit from the second I pulled up to the second I left. These people weren't interested in doing business with me for a second. Highly recommend going elsewhere.

Prices are fair and they have achieved an excellent reputation in the area. On two occasions I noticed locals honking their car horns "hello" as they passed by. I'm not sure why they received a bad review from a previous reviewer but it does not match my experience by a long shot. The deal that we hammered out was fair. The bike that we came in for was a real beauty making it worth the 1 hour drive from Winter Garden. I would recommend checking out their inventory if you are in the market for a Harley Davidson.

Excellent Shopping, Buying, and Customer Services Experience with Orlando Yamaha and Kawasaki…read more The entire staff of Orlando Yamaha and Kawasaki are AMAZING! I resided in the Savannah/Hilton Head area, and I wasn't having much success in finding the Yamaha FX HO model, color, and price I wanted to pay. I reached out to OYK, and within 5 minutes, they met all three of my requirements. The four-hour drive each way was well worth the significant savings. Once I arrived, it felt like an episode of "Cheers." The staff greeted me by my name. The store was bustling, but the Parts Dept informed me what I would need for my new jet ski. The Parts Dept. didn't try to oversell everything in their department. They ask open-ended questions and suggested what items I required and what items I located that were less expensive. Lorenzo Mora, my sales representative, did a fantastic job of reviewing my Jet Ski and answering all of my questions and concerns. I have been informing all of my family and friends about the great team at Orlando Yamaha and Kawasaki. Thank you again!! Nicholas Patrick Bluffton, South Carolina

I was told all three times that service had checked it out and that everything was good to go. There were problems as soon as I got the bike home, an independent mechanic diagnosed a clogged rear fuel injector. The injector had to be removed, ultrasonically cleaned, tested, and reinstalled to fix the unaddressed problem the bike had prior. I found a public review from 2 months before my purchase of the same bike having immediate fuel-related problems during a prior sale before it was returned (Howie). I then bought the bike two months later and experienced the same unfixed fuel-related defect. In the intervening 2 months between the failed sale and the sale to me, the issue was unaddressed but sold as "good to go". When I later pushed for records, the dealership sent a single repair order from almost a year earlier, but it did not list the valve / Desmo service I had specifically asked about before purchase. I also found that the dash service indicators for the desmo service and the oil had been reset on the date of the RO, but the dealership did not provide matching documentation showing that the actual valse service had been performed. I did not expect the bike to be perfect, but I expected much more than this. This bike was represented as serviced and ready to ride, while the records and timeline raise serious questions about whether that was true. I liked David and the sales people and have no complaints there, but there is a serious issue here. I expected a higher standard from an authorized Ducati dealer.

They refused to quote me over the phone, in turn I visited the store. When I asked to receive a quote, a salesperson informed me they do not provide quotes. Strange, so they said they could ring it up and give me an unofficial quote. This was provided by the manager who attempted to push me into purchasing the vehicle. When I told him I only wished to get the model priced out he did not accept my answer and tried pushing me into a fast purchase. He was exceedingly unprofessional and pushy. As soon as it was made clear I would not be purchasing that day, all service was lost. Finally, when asked if I could have the handwritten quote I was provided with I was told I could not take it home... Seriously? Overall I'm impressed. Impressed that there are enough people willing to spend their hard earned money at this location. I will not be returning.
