DO NOT TAKE YOUR MOTORCYCLE OR SCOOTER HERE. Took my scooter in for an oil change the mechanic tells me the belt is making noise and should replace it. I had never heard the belt making noise before. A week later the belt snaps. Then I drop it off for them to fix the belt and they send me a picture of my clutch and it looks like someone took a hammer to it. So a week an a half later the bike is finally done and they let me drive off the lot with no brakes!!!!! I wasn't having any brake work done so I immediately turn around and ask them what they did to my brakes. The mechanic was very rude and obviously has no clue how to fix bikes because when I would lay on the throttle it would barely accelerate. The mechanics DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR BIKE!!! These guys are something else I purchased a vehicle from the one brother and everything went well still have the car I over payed but that's another story I recently purchased a second vehicle f I'm the other brother when I purchased the vehicle I noticed bald tires and one of the windows would not open We agreed upon signing the contract that he would replaced the tires and repair the window he put used tires in the car and told me I owed $50.00 for the tires I work out of the state so I paid and he said he ordered the part for the window and he would call to set up appointment to repair this was 3 months ago i call him and ask about the window and now he tells me that he will order the parts and i would have to pay for the repairs this guy is a joke i wish i never did the deal with him i wish i remembered his name but he's the one that has the office in the back My interactions with the brother that sits in the front I believe his name to be kahnn was good the only thing I can say is on to next one and to think I was getting ready to buy another vehicle I think I'll just take my business elsewhere it's a damm shame I'm done with this I'm gonna just payoff what i owe and move on I don't like doing business with people like this and if you do get it all in writing because the selective memory is a bad thing read more

Kaan the owner is dishonest, rude, and has no business acumen whatsoever. He owes me around $200.00 for work done to my scooter that did not repair it. And when I voiced my displeasure at his having had my scooter for a week, then giving it back to me still not fixed, he exploded, and accused me of insulting his business. This just after I had come back from KC from my mother's funeral. He had me pay for the work first, then when it was discovered that it did not fix the scooter, he kept the money, and, after his business could not find the part they said it needed, I was told to find the part, and bring it in to have it installed, but they were keeping my money. Unfortunately, I need to retract some of my accolades in my previous review. After about 5 months, my son started to experience some mechanical difficulties with the car. He called Imagine (from what he tells me), and they recommended a mechanic who would come to his apartment to look at the car. What he found was a bit disturbing. Among other problems, the radiator was attached with zip ties. The mechanic was pretty sure the car had been in an accident and fixed as cheaply as possible. When my son purchased the car, Imagine showed him some documentation (not Carfax) indicating the car was accident free. Not only was it apparently not accident free, but I would 'Imagine' they knew the condition of the radiator at the very least. In addition to needing about 500 dollars in engine repairs (Imagine's only assistance was to order the parts at the cheapest cost - which my son had to pay for), the car also required a $1000 brake job. I called the dealership myself to get additional information on their practices, and got no explanation for why the condition was not divulged or corrected prior to sale. I was told they thoroughly examine each vehicle. So my advice is that, if you do find a car you like on their lot, DO NOT purchase it until you've had it thoroughly looked at by a qualified mechanic. Unfortunately, used cars are typically purchased with a 'buyer beware' warranty, so unless you buy an extended one, you have little recourse. Based on this updated experience, I'd not consider them for another purchase. read more

Please make sure you take a mechanic with you or check it very thoroughly before buying anything from this guy. He took advantage of a single mom who was trying to rebuild her credit but also at the same time have a very safe reliable vehicle to take her son to school and work. He knew I lived pay check to pay check but that didn't stop him putting me into a piece of junk. I had it less then 3 months and less then 2000 mile put on it. The transmission went out and was completely shot, the who bottom of the vehicle was so rusted out that if I had hit a deep pot hole it would of snap my brake lines. Now to completely get this all fixed it would cost me as much as the loan I put on the car. Needless to say he is an unworthy sales guy who didn't want fix his wrong but put another cheap transmission in it and I still had to pay for that. He cares not of your well being but filling his pockets with junk cars. I will never recommend anyone to him. read more
