Naming this Automotive Shop Integrity has got to be an oxymoron. Randy has anything but integrity. I used him for quite a while due to my wife thinking he was a great mechanic and her dealing with him. I had multiple vehicles he has worked on and twice he pulled the same swindle on me. He will fix your air conditioning and then put something under the hood that sounds like loud jet engine every time you press the gas pedal. The first time he did it to a truck I had. He fixed/recharged the AC in it and when I got back the vehicle it sounded like there were jet engines going off under my hood with every press of the gas. The truck had been in my family since it was new and was about 10 years old and it had never sounded like this. When I pointed it out I was told that was how it was supposed to be. Of course that was a lie. A while later when I was ready to get rid of the truck he wanted to buy it from me. He asked why it was so loud when the engine revved and stated he would fix it. I found it interesting and let it go to please my wife. The second time, I recently took a different car up to get the AC fixed/recharged. When I got it back from him and got into it the same jet engines seemed to be coming from under my hood. This time I was not going to just ignore the unbelievably loud noises coming from the car. I took it back to him and explained. I had this car for more then twenty years and it had never sounded like this. He got in the car and bold face lied to me and told me that he did not hear it and got butt hurt that I had questioned him and his methods of swindling customers. Be smart. Take your vehicle to some place with actual Integrity that will not get pissy like a child when you question them about their methods of swindling people. read more

Either ignorant or liars. Claimed they did not inspect the car after they purchased it from auction and sold without even putting it up on the lift. Well the car fax came back clean but there was definitely impact damage, but they don't look for things like that. So buyer beware, you have no leg to stand on purchasing a used car in Florida, so I suggest go buy new or buy somewhere else!!! INTEGRITY IS THE LAST THING THESE GUYS HAVE!!! read more

I had a wonderful experience at Integrity Automotive. Big Tony was very nice and did not hover and bother us while we checked out the car. He stood off to the side and stated he was there to answer questions if needed. After we test drove the car we asked if we could take it to be inspected and he said "absolutely". We headed back knowing we had a good used car. Integrity Automotive also paid for a 6 month/6000 mile warranty for us. The paper work was quick and easy and they also transferred our tag for us! We left feeling Randy and Big Tony were good guys and we will definitely be buying from them again. This was 2 month's ago and we absolutely love our Accord. No problems whatsoever. I echo a lot of these other great reviews. We have been customers of Integrity Automotive for 10+ years. Initially it was simply car repairs of our vehicles, then we began to use their car sales services (twice), and we have not been disappointed. They not only have great expertise, never repair more than asked, never try to sell us more repairs than we actually need (verified), help us prioritize what repairs we can do according to our budget, find the kind of car we were looking for in our price range, but in the past few years we found out they also have a great car detailer by the name of Napoleon! As a football family, our vehicles could get so loaded with gunk that it became too much for the tools we had at home. We took the minivan to Napoleon who made it shine and sparkle and feel like new. He was like a detailing magician. I love that he takes pride in his work and really works to please the customer. He did such a good job that I absolutely felt urged to tip him as an extra thank you. We took a newly purchased used car to him last week to clean out the previous owner's cat hair which permeated all around and under the seats and storage compartments, and when I picked it up, it totally looks like it's a few years younger than it was when I dropped it off. Now my cat allergies aren't kicking in when I get into my car. I never used to take my car to get detailed thinking I could just do it myself, but Napoleon takes it to a whole new level which I know I couldn't do even if I had the tools. We were recently returning home from vacation in Orlando and experienced a snapped belt which stranded us on the interstate. Our auto insurance help center put us in touch with Randy at Integrity. I detailed which belt was broken and he had the part brought into the shop while we were being towed. We were on a tight deadline to catch the train back to Virginia on a Friday afternoon. My experience- Tony is very helpful with the cars until it comes time to pick up the car. I put a deposit down on a car and went to go pick it up a week later and it had 145 more miles on it. I simply asked where it went and was told (not by Tony, but another guy) that it went to get detailed. 145 miles to get detailed?!? There was still make up and dirt all over the inside of the car and now a nickel stuck in the cigarette lighter. I asked for another $100 off because of the extra miles- they said yes. I was so happy to get the car home and wanted to clean it up a bit to show my family and I looked under the car mat and I found many many coins, old beef jerky, cookie crumbs and makeup container parts. All I want to say is that driving someone's car after they put a deposit down is not nice and then lying about having it detailed is really not nice. Karma is a real thing and it comes around. All in all I have a nice car that needed a bit of cleaning. Car salesmen are exactly that-salesmen and they will do what ever it takes to make money. read more
