Recently, had contact with Sales, interested in purchasing a new bike. We were unable to get the price where I wanted it to be. I bought one elsewhere (lightly used). I contacted them today, spoke with "Paul" several times in parts. I am in need of a few parts for my bike, and NOONE has them in stock ANYWHERE. Trust me, I tried. He literally said he would check, and try to locate them for me. We hung up, and I honestly kinda figured wasn't gonna happen. PAUL IS THE MAN. I have spoken with him three times today, and he is searching for them high and low. This earned my business, regardless of the parts, for all servicing and parts, and probably my next bike. Would love to get the parts, NEED the parts; but the fact that a business nowadays will try to actually do business beyond "we don't have any" is AWESOME, I say this because I spoke to EVERY RE Dealer in Florida, and tried 15 websites, even Ebay. I purchased a used motorcycle and the experience was going smoothly until the final details . My salesperson David was helpful and easy to work with .This dealer adds on an unreasonable amount of service and admin fees to a sale and the finance manager was condescending ,abrupt, and dismissive. I made a point of requesting a paper title be issued to me. After a period of not receiving a title I called the finance guy. He did not remember me and said he didn't know if a paper title was applied for and basically hung up on me.The fact that they charge so much for admin and they botched a simple title transfer is the epitome of incompetence . I bought a used 2019 Ducati Monster 797 from Ducati Orlando / RiderMarket and specifically asked the salesman once and called service twice, whether the bike had been serviced, whether the major scheduled services including the valve/Desmo service had been done. I was told all three times that service had checked it out and that everything was good to go. There were problems as soon as I got the bike home, an independent mechanic diagnosed a clogged rear fuel injector. The injector had to be removed, ultrasonically cleaned, tested, and reinstalled to fix the unaddressed problem the bike had prior. I found a public review from 2 months before my purchase of the same bike having immediate fuel-related problems during a prior sale before it was returned (Howie). I then bought the bike two months later and experienced the same unfixed fuel-related defect. In the intervening 2 months between the failed sale and the sale to me, the issue was unaddressed but sold as "good to go". When I later pushed for records, the dealership sent a single repair order from almost a year earlier, but it did not list the valve / Desmo service I had specifically asked about before purchase. I also found that the dash service indicators for the desmo service and the oil had been reset on the date of the RO, but the dealership did not provide matching documentation showing that the actual valse service had been performed. I did not expect the bike to be perfect, but I expected much more than this. This bike was represented as serviced and ready to ride, while the records and timeline raise serious questions about whether that was true. I liked David and the sales people and have no complaints there, but there is a serious issue here. I expected a higher standard from an authorized Ducati dealer. read more

This dealership was friendly when all I needed was a $1 part that I returned for a chain and sprocket set replacement. Even though Triumph is not their brand they sourced the correct parts and fitted them while I waited. It was a busy Saturday and I even helped one customer make up his mind on a new Indian motorcycle while one of the sales guys was busy setting up a test ride. read more

Came in for a replacement dealer t-shirt. My last one got too big over time. No prob, this should be easy. We were taken to a rack of tees and started searching. Not a single large to be found - huh? So when will you get more in? 2-3 months. Disappointed to say the least. I've worked for a non-Indian dealer. Everyone came in for shirts, it's advertisement and people pay you to become a walking billboard. Gotta stay on top of the stock that are your easiest sales of the day! read more

What a horrible manager! Had some communications via text then spoke with Kahlil that was ok. They had a scooter I was looking for but limited details on line. I asked for quote and pictures/details via email and he said OK. Then he switched me over to his manager, Gabby, who was absolutely horrible! She gave me a verbal quote almost $2000 higher than any other dealership including an extra $1400 for lifetime battery replacement and GPS which I did not want. I repeatedly asked for quote and details to my email and she kept wanting me give her a figure that I wanted to pay. I felt like I was in a sleazy used car dealership. So glad I didn't go in person. So never got email, but she sent a text with alleged quote. However, I don't own a smart phone, so unable to view information. Horrible experience! read more

I had been looking for a Ducati Monster 1200 R for awhile but struggled to find one with low miles for a decent price. I saw the exact bike I was looking for $2,000 below MSRP. Jay was able to let me drive the bike in Florida for the two weeks I was staying then shipped the bike to me for free when I returned to California. I recently bought a 2013 Harley Davidson Street Bob from iMotorSports of Orlando, and almost the entire process was a massive headache. The bike was initially at their Illinois location. I put down the $500 deposit required to have the bike shipped to Orlando, and was told it would take "about 10 days" for it to arrive. It took nearly 3 weeks, during which time the salesman I dealt with (Dante) was all but unresponsive to calls and texts for information about the bike and updates on delivery. It took me actually asking how to get my money back to get a response from the guy. When the bike eventually got there I made my way down to Orlando--a 3 hour drive from home. After going through the particulars of the sale, I paid to have ape hangers installed on the bike there at the dealership prior to delivery. About 10 days later the bike was delivered--without the ape hangers I'd paid almost $900 for. After multiple phone calls to the dealership spread out over several days and having to explain the situation to three different people, the solution they came up with was to send the bars to a local shop and cover the cost of installation. This was presented to me like they were doing me a favor. It took more than a week for the bars to finally show up (priority shipping was out of the question, evidently). Once that fire was put out, next came problems with the title. Long story short, they forgot to send the title to the local tags office in order for me to have it registered and get plates. It took so long that my temporary tags expired and I ended up having to pay a penalty as a result. The explanation I was given was that they'd simply forgotten... Long story short, these guys are lazy and complacent and don't follow up with anything, make a LOT of mistakes, and do nothing to make it right after the fact. Florida is full of bike dealerships, so save yourself the nightmare and take your business elsewhere. Seriously. read more

The trike training course is deeply flawed with it's extremely onerous and cumbersome rules. You have to wear long pants, a long-sleeve shirt, a helmet (understandable), gloves... and then the two most sublime stupidities of all... shoes that cover the ankles, and no skin may be exposed. To me, this is bordering on criminal-level theft, since the $99 fee is non-refundable. I had everything covered, every bit of skin, including my ankles, but my shoes were not tall enough. They offered to sell me shoes (surprise!!!), but I have a difficult enough time finding EEEE-wide shoes in a size 13 anywhere on the internet, let alone some back-room locality. They offered to let me stay for the classroom training, and come back another day for the road skills. That would mean buying a pair of shoes for one-time use and taking two more days off work. You have law suits. Fine. You need to ensure safety as much as possible. Agreed. But if you think you will prevent 100% of injuries and never be party to a law suit then you have never lived on planet Earth. The absurdity and overkill of these ridiculous rules is anathema to any thinking adult. Should I ever decide to buy a trike, I would never buy from iMotorsports Orlando. What a joke. read more

First disclaimer is that I am NOT related to or have any financial interest in this company. Now for the good stuff. Nate in service is by far the best in his field. I never met him before and spoke with him about an issue i was having and wanted to buy the parts to correct it. he was well aware of my situation and said that this should have been covered under warranty (even though it was over the timeframe of coverage). He was able to get the factory to agree to provide the parts AND labor to correct this issue. Corey in parts/service also worked with me and answered a lot of questions I had. never once saying that I should have bought it from them. (It was sold by them new, and I bought it from the owner). Jorge did a wonderful job with the repairs as well as a few additional things I wanted to have done to the trike. I have zero complaints on the way i was treated from the sales guys greeting you in the front of store, to Nate and Corey handling the personal touches to make sure the customer was informed along the way. If I could give more starts I would. This place was awesome and the experience was first rate. I actually went to another store to purchase a new bike and the experience wasn't what I imagined it to be. I just happened to be in Orlando on a family vacation, and not only did I find my dream bike I gained new family. From the onset Jay was professional and courteous, never pushy and really gave me the sense that my comfort meant more to him than selling the bike. The cleanliness and genuine atmosphere of the store was fantastic, and really added to the purchasing experience. Let's be honest, this bike will and can sell it self, but having a team such as Imotorsports Orlando backing such a product makes it extremely hard to turn down any deal.
