Hands down the best buying experience I have ever had. Matt handled everything from beginning to end. As it should be.

Jay Gallagher of iMotorsports deserves the credit for this review: I live in California but last December I was in Tampa, FL visiting family for Christmas. I had been looking for a Ducati Monster 1200 R for awhile but struggled to find one with low miles for a decent price. I saw the exact bike I was looking for $2,000 below MSRP. I called and spoke with Jay, later that afternoon I was at the dealership buying the bike. Jay was able to let me drive the bike in Florida for the two weeks I was staying then shipped the bike to me for free when I returned to California. The whole experience was so smooth and accommodating. If I am in Florida again this year for Christmas I will definitely be visiting Jay at iMotorSports to purchase a second bike. Their customer service is worth my customer loyalty.

Cycle Sports Center FRAUD PLEASE READ…read moreI took my ATV to cycle sport center to repair two front axles. The Atv is 2013 polaris sportsman 500 that is still under its 5 year warrantee. after getting my ATV repair I took it for a ride and with in 5 mins in 4x4 the front left axle broke again. So I started to look a little closer and noticed rust on part of the axle that was supposed to be new. (Keep in mind I'm only an average mechanic And could be wrong.) I know the axle can be repaired instead of replace as a whole. so I ask the guy if he replace the whole thing. He of course said its was a complete replacement, and I asked him about the rust and he told me verbatim "Some parts come from the factory, in the box with rust on it". Witch is hard to believe. Were not talking about a little pitting here, where talking rust. So I basically told him thats hard to believe, The reason I asked is so I could maybe contact polaris to make sure they replace the complete axle. Thats where he lost it and said he's not working on my bike and that I was blaming it somehow on them. ok Lets go see the manager to clear things up. (Iv been here dozens of time for purchases and repairs) I walked straight to a manager that I knew, but was actually the sales manager. Walked right in his office and began explaining the situation. he follows me in and immediately started to speak over me and completely cut me off. He told the manager that I was trying turn them in to polaris for not fixing the axle the right way. This is where I got very upset and said thats a lie. I just want to make sure I get it repair right, and I never mentioned trying turn someone in, in anyway shape or form did I insinuate the idea. I was so upset I just walked out with out resolving the issue and started loading my ATV back on the trailer and strapped it all down and never once did someone, like a manager come and try to at least smooth things over even another customer came unto me as i was loading the ATV and asked what was the problem. so I explained I was leaving. Once I got home I call back to speak with the Same manager as before to apologize for the bombardment and left it at that. This issue was with the service department front desk clerk. Follow up after further investigation: Contacted polaris for a complete invoice of all the parts a labor. Come to find out they were completely fabricating a story and said, I said The ATV wouldn't start. Its a 2013 with only broken axles. It started fine. So they invoice my warrantee for parts I never received or even needed. (Starter Motor almost $500 parts) But some how the total price on the invoice I received was the same. So they had to mark up the parts and labor to me to match the parts they STOLE from me and my warrantee. My warrantee is capped at $5000. The only issue had was two broken axles and my front diff seal was leaking. and without informing me the owner the supposedly replaced two axles the entire front diff and a starter motor assembly for $2700. These people are criminal. oh did I mention they even signed my wives name to complete there fraudulent Claim. I truly don't think they did any of it. What a nightmare. This place will quickly tell you to leave there store if you question they work. The guy at the service desk with a big black eye is the culprit. You know he deserved. Such a lying thief.. Sean @ service desk can't miss him.

I bought a used 2019 Ducati Monster 797 from Ducati Orlando / RiderMarket and specifically asked…read morethe salesman once and called service twice, whether the bike had been serviced, whether the major scheduled services including the valve/Desmo service had been done. I was told all three times that service had checked it out and that everything was good to go. There were problems as soon as I got the bike home, an independent mechanic diagnosed a clogged rear fuel injector. The injector had to be removed, ultrasonically cleaned, tested, and reinstalled to fix the unaddressed problem the bike had prior. I found a public review from 2 months before my purchase of the same bike having immediate fuel-related problems during a prior sale before it was returned (Howie). I then bought the bike two months later and experienced the same unfixed fuel-related defect. In the intervening 2 months between the failed sale and the sale to me, the issue was unaddressed but sold as "good to go". When I later pushed for records, the dealership sent a single repair order from almost a year earlier, but it did not list the valve / Desmo service I had specifically asked about before purchase. I also found that the dash service indicators for the desmo service and the oil had been reset on the date of the RO, but the dealership did not provide matching documentation showing that the actual valse service had been performed. I did not expect the bike to be perfect, but I expected much more than this. This bike was represented as serviced and ready to ride, while the records and timeline raise serious questions about whether that was true. I liked David and the sales people and have no complaints there, but there is a serious issue here. I expected a higher standard from an authorized Ducati dealer.
