They had been on-site for roughly 2.5 hours total. When they left, the lead claimed they had clocked two hours. The bill later charged us for the full time the truck was at our property (via GPS tracking), regardless of whether the crew was actually working. They also stated that the return visit would have a two-hour minimum. At $195 per hour for a three-man crew, this adds up very quickly for incomplete work. The crew ultimately left several areas with visible weeds untouched. Overall, the service was unprofessional, the work quality was subpar, and the billing practices felt unfair. It took about 3-4 weeks for him to even do the work, which it did not pass inspection. I was charged a re-inspection fee, and ultimately he said he could not finish the work, even spray for that amount he quoted. I paid him in full and he had promised to send me back the money, which he did not. I had to go to court over the violation, and on top of it, pay another company to go do the work he had promised to do in the first place. His word can not be trusted. He didn't complete the work and just left me high and dry. He wasted over 2 months of my time and took over $3000.00 in payment.
